1) Want classic cape with small house step back and a center fireplace. 2) Metal roof. 3) a 3/4 (2& 1 window) or full cape (2 & 2 window) 4) classic front door. 5) porch has 1 or 2 windows and opens to kitchen with informal siting area(bench) with wood burning stove 6) kitchen return wall a couple of upper cabinets but not alot of cabinets. Favorite house on VT 313. The house is a simple classic cap with small house set back with porch on set back. The look we want is a classic 1870's cape that looks like it was always there. We don't want a modernized version. We also like eye brow windows in the front of the house and a shed dormer in the back of the house.
