My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the feel of this whole thing. One little touch that I like are the ground FX under the sink. Don't love the textured wall behind the tub. I also don't love free standing tubs but we don't have room for that anyway.

Doesn't directly fit our space but I like the tile as a mix of modern but still soft. It has the French drain that I mentioned, but I'm not attached to that idea.

SARAH - I like this for the guest bathroom. It's clean and airy. I like the white subway tiles and the big mirror.
