My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Marsha - Master bath

Do not necessarily feel we need to have a tub. Would like a decent sized Steam Shower but no too big...where steam generator is not near a bedroom wall. Closed off toilet room, linen and medicine/bath supply cabinet, double vanity. Some form of natural light.

Ledge for tub faucet. Do we put this in front of the windors in the bathroom where tub will sit...or will window size no permit this? Instead putting the fixtures in the tub itself
