My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ours would be smaller and I don’t love the farmhouse vibe, but this is the general idea.

This is pretty close to what I’m envisioning but less farmhouse and hopefully deeper to accommodate a bench. I also would not want the half-circle to be framed (makes it too farmhouse-y, I think).
