Patio Update

This is my IDEAL pavilion. I love the wood trusses and the posts in the stone elevates the look.

I love the curve of this stone fireplace and the lighting on it. Not sure if that lends to having a TV on it or if the TV can be located nearby on an added lower side wall. I also like the idea of the fireplace being at the back of the pavilion closest to the yard and away from the house for easier flow of people.

Definitely want a ceiling fan and lighting inside the pavilion. Lighting, too. I like the shorter wood posts sitting atop of the brick posts.

Nice example of a lighting solution inside the pavilion. Also like the rock in the landscaping and how it is a wall transition between different levels of this patio.

Interesting side wall to the pavilion where a TV could hang rather than being on the fireplace. I’m a sucker for the lighting idea. Would work inside the gabled roof of a pavilion.

Rain chains & landscaping with large stone. We already have rain chains at the back of the house so this would be nice to have on the pavilion as well.

I would like to see a dramatic change between our current patio landscaping to our NEW patio landscaping. I can see multi trunk trees flanking the stairs to the yard.

I love the cozy feeling of this landscaped patio. I don’t really care to see mulch or have to replace mulch every year. It would be nice to have plants that mature and fill in over time. They’ll add to creating a quieter, more private space.

VERY cool pergola. Would be great to have something like this - where the posts are flanking the current built in grill where currently we have no shade. Could be 2 posts rather than 4 as shown here.

I LOVE the massive tree over this patio and the string lighting.

We already have the three matching fountains. This shape would work nicely between the updated main patio and the master bedroom patio.
