If we go with built-ins to give desk space, I like this look.

A simple desk is fine with me. I prefer an upholstered chair but ergonomic like here is probably good for an office/gym.

I like the small cabinet with fridge for water (but fridge not necessary). The size shelves are good for towel, shoes, etc. I use in the gym.

I like this a lot: Storage gives a place to sit and catch my breath if needed. Mirror isn't necessary. lol
