This also feels like a vacation to me. I love the paneling (is that bead board? I can't tell from this view) and the floors. I think wood floors for the guest room would be nice. The bedding, colors, and mixed patterns are lovely. This particular bedspread pattern feels a little Oleg Cassini to me (outdated) but the colorful, soft concept is great.

This is fantastic if a day bed can be similar. The colors and velour look are wonderful against the linen. The floors are great, and the shelf is a nice touch. I think the drawers underneath are similar to the trundle concept you mentioned. I really love the mixed fabric between the pillows. I like the rug pulling it together as well.
