open shelves plus an upper...maybe asymmetrical....or are uppers too much in that room? Or maybe should they anchor the shelves like in the mudroom? I don't want it to look crowded, but worried jus shelves isn't enough. KS : I wouldn’t suggest an upper unless there’s something underneath it because then it becomes a head clunker, and with the banket coming over as an L shape it doesn’t allow for that. I think shelving would be plenty for a proper look.
