Something like this might work for an office in the bedroom. Even though it's not a murphy bed, I like the idea of building shelves and cabinets around the bed for more storage/design. Wood floors in the bedroom will probably make the most sense here instead of nice carpet since it will be an office/bedroom. I will put a nice rug under the bed.

I would replace the blinds on the window with shutters that can be pulled out for a clear window ( like the ones in the previous condo).

I would want to paint the wood panel white for a more updated look. I would probably paint the walls white as well. I would also like to replace the carpet with a nice wood floor - same color as the kitchen and add a nice rug under the living room couch.

Definitely going to paint the cabinets an updated color as well. Maybe a cool blue color that would match the rest of the neutral/earth tones color palette.

I like the wood finished centerpiece. I like the neutral woodsy colors. I like the bigger shelf over the gas fireplace than the smaller shelves they have. I like the darker couch color with the white fireplace and walls. But I also like white couches with darker furniture like the next photo.

I like the trees/plants and green added around the neutral colors of the furniture.

I like the floating TV, soundbar, and floating cabinet for a more modern look. I also like the floating shelves.
