My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Again, I like the little recessed area on the right. It could be a bar area or more of a catch-all area and i could put my papers etc in the drawer. Would be really cool if there was a hole somewhere so I could keep my laptop in a drawer but still plugged in and charging.
