My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Water curtains would be cool. Does it need to come off a pergola?

Stepping stones & black rocks between patios

Like the black boarder and white tile on steps

A rain curtain off a black Pergola or something like this would be cool

Existing planters (4 of them)

Existing patio. View from driveway. View of some of the existing plants

Ledge with stairs. Enough room to walk around ppl sitting down. Maybe 12 feet wide? Upright ledge chairs need min 4 feet before steps start

Floor height 110 inches from patio. Want to think about the vantage point of someone standing on deck or looking out the big window

Like the overflow look of the spa

Want the pool to look like a front gate ad

Love the overflow look. Where is the pool skimmers?

We want to maximize the shallow end but still have a diving section. We are OK with a non standard size pool to maximize the shallow end as long as it doesn’t look awkward.

Light hanging over quartz table between posts. Posts are 11 feet 2 inches apart

Like this type of deep end exit

Solid job creating our house & deck

Can’t do infinity edge but would like to incorporate some black without doing a black bottom pool

Like the elevation for a jumping section into the deep-end. Disregard the spa as that would go somewhere else
Q

Obviously out of budget. Love the design. Really like the stairs and spa feel like they are planned and not just thrown into the pool.
Q

Doesn’t need to be standard 40x20 as long as it feels right
Q

Just like the stairs feel planned to me

Would like the deep-end to have some type of jumping wall. They need to excavate for the pool. Why not put it on the short end to help create the elevation needed. Maybe something more modern with inexpensive water feature?

Love the overhang look. One pool guy said no the coping needs to be separate from the patio to allow it to expand and contrast.

We like the builder but not his plan. Not bad for free but not us
