Mudroom - Breezeway

It's probably a little too sparkly for a mudroom, but I like that it has drawers and doesn't look quite as rustic as some of the others. Also, white would obviously be a bad idea for a mudroom.

This would only make sense if for some reason we had leftover stone from other areas of the main house.

I like the color contrast. Otherwise everything seems like it is sized too small for adults.

Don't hate the color or the layout. Like that there's some hidden contained storage on top. Wouldn't need the traditional molding on top I wouldn't think. Not sure if this color wouldn't clash with the slate floor though. Probably a bit too rustic for me.

Like the idea of having storage not only for outdoor seasonal shoes but also for shoes to keep there to change into when one gets home. Whether I end up with kids in the house or not I'd keep extra house shoes for regular guests like my sister and brother in law do.

Really like this one. Like surprise other color inside (not yellow just that there are 2 colors). Looks Sophisticated and modern without being too fussy. Lots of storage. I don't think I would need the vertical dividers. I would want that much space for hanging things but not divided, and I could use baskets on top shelves if I wanted compartments of any kind. No crown molding is needed.

I know this is actually someone's closet not a mudroom but I like the colors with the slate and the clean simple lines.

Like the idea of one of the storage areas being broken up with a counter between two sets of closed cabinets. Maybe give mail and keys and other junk that I bring in at the end of the day a place to stop before coming into the house. Help keep the kitchen from getting junky.

Clean and tidy and hidden with a little sparkle. Makes use of corners, which the breezeway will have 2 of on that side. Don't know that any glass doors are needed though.

Probably too dark and too chic for my breezeway, but I like the contrast and the style. I would also want to make better use of the are above the hooks.

Hate the hardware. Don't hate the rest of it. Wouldn't want the bead board though...too country.
