I took a page out of @Susan Livingston's book and bought KOHLER. We installed Studio MacGee's bridge faucet (with matching finish soap pump) at our main sink (thank you for the tip, @Susan Livingston!). Then, we got Kohler's Artifact's pull down faucet at the bar sink, as well as Artifact's pot filler at the stove top. Because the finish is the same (brushed brass), and both faucet styles compatible, the two models blend nicely together. My husband hates unlacquered, so that decision was an easy one to make (he's just getting around the idea that our stove trim is unlacquered...as per La Cornue's standard finish choices...)..Honestly, KOHLER's brushed brass is lovely. It's warm and elegant, and cleans easily (vs polished finishes which tend to be a little higher maintenance).
One thing we did do at the bar sink, as a little custom retrofit, we removed the Artifact faucet head (which I found too bulbous) and replaced it with Studio MacGee's pull down faucet head (from her goose neck kitchen faucet). Those parts can be ordered separately, as most of the goose neck faucet heads screw off. We made sure to test the different head models at our Emco showroom first, to make sure the threading matched. I liked the streamlined/narrow look of the MacGee faucet head with the Artifacts base. Results are perfect (we think so anyway). Here are a few pics for reference.
