My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the built in ladder because I'm short! the closet should also have an area for my jewelry, preferably a built in safe. I think the closet should be large enough for Tyler and I to share.

I like the desk situation here. The back drop cannot give away that the desk is in the closet, though - that might be tricky to navigate!
