My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Why not just invest in a quality air mattress, then only minimal space is used, if space is the biggest concern. But if that’s not an option, I’d rather have a pull out sofa that is rarely sat on versus a cabinet whose only purpose is holding a bed. The sofa would at least have more than 1 use.
