My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

this floor has too much polish, would rather have a matte or low polish floor. Also, the base color is nice, but perhaps added too much dark

this is also an option. i think I preferr SOME depth to the color. NOT a totally FLAT color mixture. Peppered, can work, but not terrazo or anything too busy. The floor need not be the focal point of the room. If it is visually too busy, I do not want that. This floor has some depth but is not distracting.

a little too bright perhaps but i need a WARM, Sandy color for flooring. The flooring needs to add WARMTH to the room. Neutral sandy, beige, etc.
