Not sure if they can pull this off in a Thai home, but those windows are everything! Also, the island with four chair seating and thick countertop surface -- none of that paper thin stuff.

Although this is specifically Western design, this can be modified to suit a European kitchen in Hua Hin pool villa. The placement of the refrigerator would be just off a sliding glass door that leads to the pool. Note the placement of the dishwasher, between the refrigerator and the sink. The window looks out to the pool area as well. The hood should be flanked by cabinetry, stove below (at least four burners, gas if at all possible), pull out drawers below and left and right. On the end should be the microwave and oven. Around the corner should be appliance storage, vertical pantry, stacked washer and dryer, a small sink and either a vertical deep freezer or secondary refrigerator. The island should havee double-sided storage as well. All cabinetry should go to the ceiling -- no open spaces, which only allow for dust to collect.
