My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Love the simplicity of the French doors. Note, however, there is more equal space on the sides of the doors than we have in our home, and the patio has a focal point.

Oversized art, a striking chandelier, and an area rug help delineate the eating area from the kitchen...the floor to ceiling glass walls don't hurt either!

Side bars provide shelving. This works with Patio sliding doors and makes walkway clear. Do not like table and chairs.

Love the French doors with extended windows rather than sliding doors. The furniture would be a dining table, chairs, and side table.

Add a vintage poster for a chic cafe vibe...get something the next time we go to Paris or Amsterdam...also, what would an Indonesian poster look like...or do we have other art that will work...like Warsaw small graffiti prints.

These Louis XV ghost chairs offer lots of possibilities from the office chair to avoiding leg clutter in the dining room. Source in Sacramento???

This room is similar, if not wider at the window...I always love French Doors.
I like the open ends with this table design.
