This is a larger version of the infinity edge pool concept, with the hot tub built within it. Also, this could easily have an automatic pool cover set up with it as well, which would be really handy

the upper covered deck is great. It's partially covered, but also has an uncovered area, and a spiral staircase up to the roof top terrace

The landscaping concept on the right, for privacy. I love the idea of having landscaped tropical flowers and trees planted into a small mound (like blockade runner) so that all the plants are easily accessible, and easy to maintain, plus adds privacy
