My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flooring should be light and glossy. either a white or pulling a bit of the light maple colour from cabinets, maybe some sort of stone look. modern is the key.

All the money in the world=Run the same caesarstone (synthetic/quartz whosever brand don't care) throughout. take it from the floors up and into the shower up the wall and as the countertop. That seamless synthetic modern clean look. they have the wall linings now so why not.
