An example of what I *don't* want our yard to look like. This seems to have similar elements (walkway, plants, etc) but the effect looks a bit cluttered to me.

This is a bit too much for my tastes and abilities, but I still like it. (probably not very helpful to tag it...)

My friend has Snow on the Mountain in her yard and says its indestructible. I think it's fairly pretty. I'm wondering if it would go well in our yard?

I love Snow in Summer!

I like the lines of the agave next to the boulder. I am surprised - normally the agave is a bit too bold for my tastes. Maybe it's just this picture.

Beautiful berries. I usually stay away from red, but berries must the exception!

While I'm not a huge fan of pink, something about this rose appeals to me. Maybe the shape? Listed as Bonica.
Q

I liked this particular rose - Mother of Pearl (shrub)

Natural look; blue spruce; Again, this may not go well with modern. :)

Cute cottages & their quaint landscapes appeal to me, but I'm not sure if that blends well with my strong love of clean modern lines!
