My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

bench running the length of the lockers is sort of a nice idea tho we prob have the space to avoid it. nice simple white paneled cabinets and drawers.

herringbone floor would be nice for mudroom tho dont like this brick. could see doing one of those faux wood (but not trying to be wood) textured porcelains.
