Visual bedroom/loft integration from outside - would like to explore option of rotating roof design (gable roof angling north/south instead of east/west).

East loft dormer (possible yoga nook)? Is it weird to have dormers on both sides of gable? NO, IT IS PREFERRED THAT THEY MATCH UP THOUGH. STRUCTURALLY, THE SHOULD ALIGN.

loft dormer YES, IT COULD LOOK LIKE THIS. ALL METAL ADDS SOME COSTS. It's not the metal I like, just overall look and being able to peek out an operable window like this lady (like in Beauty and the Beast).
