2015 Fall Parade Transitional Exterior, Minneapolis Kieran J Liebl, Royal Oaks Design Inc, MN The home front instantly grabbed my attention .... the storybook cottage curved roof, stone pillar bases and floor, deep covered porch, multiple large windows and transoms letting light in and out, 2 low steps to get up and down, the bricked curved pathways with pockets of gardening space. This exterior is the the look I have been searching for.

This eating area is so wonderful with the books , the view outside, close to food prep so not much walking to set table, that I could easily do without a formal dining room. In fact I would prefer this type of set up for big family dinners.

My perfect kitchen design. with cleanup dish and pan clean up area out of way of prep, cooking, baking area. And whole kitchen is off of the traffic routes going to other rooms.
MY very favorite kitchen design. Extra long island with plenty of prep , cooking and baking area for severval cooks at same time and separate area for washing dishes, pots and pans. This seems to be the perfect layout for my dream kitchen.

I would love to have such a wall of windows around our kitchen/dining table. The kitchen layout is so functional...I can cook and guests are not in my way.
Curtis skirted the expected look, in this case an apron-front farmhouse sink, and suggested a more streamlined undermount porcelain sink instead. The faucet’s profile has vintage style, but its single-hole mount and pull-down sprayer are subtle modern updates.

Thank you for your interest in our project, this photo is just a portion of the master bathroom, there is additional room beyond this photo. the width area of the room is approximately 9'6" the length of the area from back wall to shower area not pictured is approximately 22'-9", there is a water closet area as well not in the previous dimensions. The wall that separates this section is approximately in the middle of the room so its length is approximately 11'-4.5".

This pullout corner shelf unit is a Hafele Magic Corner - we use these a lot. Another one I like is the Hafele LeMans.
Great view of paneled frig with double stainless steel ovens showing them together. Paneling the frig lessens that huge stainless steel wall look. Cabinets are distressed hickory wood with custom stain. Looks like a cherry stain to me. Soft yellow walls would look great with these cabinets with greenish granite, but the black looks awesome also.
Costa Esmeralda granite with stain-grade cabinets. It's equally stunning with stain-grade cabinets, for a masculine and warm look. This granite works particularly well in light-filled kitchens; the sunlight highlights the stone's complex coloring.
Costa Esmeralda granite with painted cabinets. I first came across this granite when I had a homeowner ask me to create an ocean palette throughout the house. This granite is between green and blue, and of course will vary from batch to batch. The green-blue of the stone blends perfectly with sandy white cabinets and nickel hardware and fixtures.
Seafoam green granite with painted cabinets. The shade of green is earthy, with gray and brown undertones. There are great markings in the stone that look almost geometric to me. This granite works with painted cabinets and satin nickel hardware. I prefer this stone when it is polished.

Christine Donner Kitchen Design Inc. The tiles were hand made from clay, with irregular edges, and a complex crackled glaze that caught a multitude of colors from the spectrum.
The stools were made by Thomas Moser, a well known furniture line of hand crafted pieces. Called "coal shovel" stool - cost $890 - $1130 each! Love the bead board island.
The cabinet maker is Craft-Maid Cabinets of Reading PA. They are a very high end custom line, do exquisite work. The cabinets are beaded inset, slab drawer and Carnegie (bead) door with a flat panel. This is natural cherry, no stain, but a very high quality select wood. Vermont soapstone counters.
Island: 11' x 48" - "Madurai Gold" granite with double ogee edge - perimeter granite edges are "eased". kitchen size is ~23' x 19'.
