Accurate Dorwin

Not a perfect product but still five stars I am in US and started building my house in 2017. I wanted black (exterior) fiberglass windows and in US marvin or other major brands (that I like) did not offer that option. After a lot of thought I stumbled upon accurate dorwin and decided to take my chance. More then 3.5 years later all windows are great. The eggshell finish looks great. One fixed window had small leak which was well covered by caulking small area. Patio door has some issues. Nothing structural. I wish they weren't there. But what is great is when I email or call their representative Yuki, he is always available. It may take some time to respond depending upon issue and how busy they are but I always get response. They also sent some parts after 2.5 years to replace / improvise the patio door area. The after sales service is excellent which made me write this review (in November 2021) as I don't typically write reviews. Yuki also advised on right options at the time of ordering from structural stability point of view. No upselling.

We absolutely love our new windows and doors by Accurate Dorwin! Derwyn, ANGELA and the entire team at the Winnipeg location were amazing from start to finish. The installation team was fabulous --we greatly appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism. Our house went from dated and tired to one of the most elegant on the street. The difference in our heating bill was noticed very quickly!

We contracted with this company as our neighbors had them and were very pleased. We met with their sales representative Terrence who was most accommodating considering we made several changes which was what Terrence had suggested in the first place. He paid attention to every detail which resulted in a first class installation. I had a custom front door, patio door and all windows done. The team of three that did the installation was lead by Haydin and they were on time, professional and covered all floors, vacuumed on completion and were extremely hard working. I couldn't be more please with the outcome and would highly recommend this company, sales rep and installation team.

We have ordered windows from this company on 3 occasions and we continue to be impressed with both the salesman (Derwin) and the installation crews. Derwin consistently makes good suggestions and asks great questions to ensure we're getting the right products for us. Most recently, the window installation that Hayden and his crew did for us at the end of May was efficient, courteous, and tidy … and they were very careful around the garden plants that were just starting to grow. An excellent job all around.

I had two excellent experiences with Accurate Dorwin this year - the first for two window replacement at my home, and the second for replacement glass only for my summer cottage. On both occasions sales and support staff were professional, experienced and friendly, and the products excellent, as ordered and on time. The cottage window was an exceptional experience - due to site location I needed to do the installation myself, and the team went so far as to dismantle a show room window to show me how to proceed. And I succeeded! Accurate Dorwin will absolutely be my first choice next time I need windows.

Love that there is more window with fiberglass versus PVC and the colour choice is great. All around a great experience. Our sales guy Derwyn is awesome. Our first house we knew was our starter home we ended up choosing a PVC product. Derwyn had provided us a quote at the time and tried his best to make Accurate affordable but the PVC guys offered a ridiculously low price. Derwyn never made us feel uncomfortable with our decision and so when we moved into our forever home and picked up the phone we knew we were going with Derwyn and Accurate Dorwin. The installation was quick, efficient and clean both times we have replaced windows.

We had Accurate Dorwin replace our front door along with three windows. From the very start when Derwyn attended to provide the estimate our experience was very positive. His knowledge and experience helped us make our decision very enjoyable. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the removal and replacement of the door and windows in less then a day. The quality of work including cleanup was exceptional.

We are really pleased with the strength and quality of the windows we purchased. They were delivered on time, and the price was competitive. Fiberglass is the way to go if you want top quality windows, and this company is one of the best manufacturers.

WE have had great service. We were very happy with the price and installation. The laminated safety glass they put in 3 years ago worked perfectly when the first brick was thrown at the window. One layer of glass broke and not one shard went flying. No one got hurt. The glass did as advertised. Thank you Accurate Dorwin.
