APEX Architecture

Apex Architecture and our firm Amaron Folkestad General Contractors have worked together well on several projects. Both our customers and our firm have appreciated seeing the walk through modeling early on in the design phase. It has helped our customers be able to see their Dream Home from the inside out where blueprints are sometimes harder for a home owner to visualize. We have built efficient downtown traditional Steamboat homes to mountain modern homes at the resort.

As I write this, I am sitting on a couch in the most beautiful home I could have imagined. And Brian is very much a part of this moment. Prior to working with Brian we had hired another architect who wasn't giving us the design, ideas or passion around the job that we had been hoping for. As soon as Brian was part of the team we felt we had met a collaborator and partner to help us build the home we had imagined for over 15 years. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to fight for his design made working with him a delight and resulted in an incredible, well designed and exciting home.

Brian Adams did a wonderful job listening to our needs, and then taking simple room dimensions and turning them into a home that far exceeded our expectations. His Mountain Modern style is fantastic. Brian is creative, and he came up with so many great ideas. His 3D model made it easy to actually walk through the house to make sure what his renderings showed were what we wanted. He was on time during every phase, available to answer our many questions and provide excellent advice. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a great architect!

We have made 2 houses (one 5500 sft and one 4300 sft) with Brian Adams the owner of APEX Architecture, and we could not be happier. From start to finish Brian helped us with planning and making our dream houses. He is excellent at making 3D renderings so we could see exactly how the rooms or the house would look like from any angle. He worked countless hours to make both the houses that we build perfect. Always on time with the different phases of the project and within budget. He always gives his opinion and suggestions while listning to ours as well for a happy outcome.
