“We had a second home total renovation job to to in Steamboat Springs, CO. The house was three stories with approximately 2700 sq. ft. After interviewing 3 companies we hired Katie Kiefer from West Elevation Architects. It was clear to us right away that she was the one for us. She handled the job from blueprints to design and installation. She was easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable, fun, and very creative. We were able to convey to her what we wanted and she executed it. As this was a long distance job and we lived out of state it was important to us to have someone we could trust to oversee the job, pay the contractors, manage the timeline and budget, and she did it all wonderfully. There were many times we just said do what you think is best. She was respectful of our budget and if there was something she suggested that we did not like she was completely amenable to finding a different solution. We now have a beautiful home that we love going to. We highly recommend Katie Kiefer.”
