Our goal at Advantes Development is bringing modern charm into older homes. We combine a love for architecture and design with over ten years of development experience. Our renovation process preserves the classic aspect of the home while giving owners all the aspects of modern design. Advantes Development works directly with homeowners to transform classic homes in some of the most historic neighborhoods around the greater St. Louis area. Owner Brian Minges and lead designer Gretchen Minges will work hand in hand with homeowners to create a custom home of their dreams. Our passion for architecture is matched only by our love for beautiful design. We work to preserve the classic elements of older homes by integrating them into modern remodels. Materials are selected to specifically enhance the merging of both old and new designs. The Advantes Group's design process begins with an initial consult of the home with our design team to establish scope, style, and direction. Our design team will then collaborate with the homeowners to produce a custom home of their dreams with budget and everyday needs in mind. The construction timeline is closely monitored and supervised by our construction management team to ensure an ideal finished product.
