My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We hired Marc Lemoine as architect for a total remodel of our 60 year old existing ranch style home. We wanted more of a mid century modern look and feel, adding a casita and bathroom. He designed a 14' dramatic entryway, with an 8' front door. The master bedroom was expanded and a more modern master bath was added. Original 8' ceilings in the living room, entry and dining areas were vaulted. The kitchen was totally redone, and a pantry and laundry room were added. He was frequently on-site and available whenever needed, as construction progressed. Marc Lemoine is responsible for bringing our dream house to life
