I have nothing but good things to say about our experience of a major remodel of our kitchen and adding hardwood floors in other rooms. Alex is meticulous and very detailed oriented. That pays off in the finished product. We are proud of our beautiful new kitchen and have received many compliments on the design and workmanship. (Even the building inspector praised the craftsmanship and planning.) We have not hesitated to recommend Alex to our friends and neighbors. Again, good job.

Alex and his ANEW Kitchen team did an excellent remodel job. Upgrade and cost saving options were explained and guidance was provided in helping us make those selections. Unexpected challenges arose after the demolition was complete, but ANEW resolved those issues quickly without affecting the project timeline. I was most impressed with the ANEW teams ability to deal with the various changes I requested throughout the project. I’m sure it’s frustrating for a contractor when a customer wants to deviate from the original plan, but ANEW made the changes and never broke stride.

Alex has remained available as a consultant to assist us with troublehsooting up to almost 3 years after job completed!

Anew Kitchen was key, from the design phase to completion, in remodeling our 1930s kitchen and powder bath. The demolition of lathe and plaster, flooring, three walls, the entire original kitchen and bath was first, followed by moving existing plumbing to outside wall, rewiring three rooms, insulating walls and ceiling, drywalling, painting and final lighting, flooring, cabinets, tile, counter tops and appliances.

A New Kitchen basically did my whole house, not just my kitchen. I would give them the highest rating possible. They were on time, and if for some reason they were going to be even a half and hour late, they let me know. I had three bathroom partially renovated. The decorator was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. We took shopping trips which helped me decide what was best for the bathrooms. The different workmen were always on time, very friendly and always cleaned up afterwards. My only complaint was the painter. He was very immature, not always on time and came unprepared. Alex, the main contractor came every day to check on the work and see if there were any problems. All in all I would recommend this company.

I met Alex from Anew Kitchen many years ago. He was building beautiful cabinetry in a storage unit in the middle of nowhere. I had been referred to him by a kitchen person in Palos Verdes that was helping me design a new kitchen for my townhouse renovation in Hermosa Beach. I met with Alex several times and was pretty sure he was the real deal. Then I placed my order. I was nervous and excited. When Alex showed up with the pieces to my new kitchen and began work installing, I knew I had made the best decision in the world. Everything was done beautifully in true custom quality workmanship. He worked hard, but equally important he cared and his woodworking talents were exceptional. Now I am living in my fourth home since then and every time I decide to change something he is my first and most confident call. Alex has done several jobs for me and I have referred him to many other happy customers. I just hope he still has time for me when I need him next, he is awesome!!
