After interviewing five contractors, I was repeatedly told that my vision was impossible to achieve in my space. Then I met the team at Aqua Imports. Bill and his team brought my vision to life. Bill and Alex worked tirelessly to figure out how to enlarge the shower, resolve the difficult and awkward angles around the vanity, add extra storage, and ultimately create a spa-inspired bathroom. Bill and his team managed the entire construction process professionally and efficiently. Every day, Bill updated us on the schedule, offered thoughtful recommendations, and listened to our input during all decision-making. I have very high standards when it comes to quality, and I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship across all aspects of the renovation, including tile work, painting, electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing. A huge thank-you to Roosevelt and Alex, the installation team, for their exceptional workmanship, patience, and professionalism .

Vadik helped us choose every detail with great taste and attention, making the process easy and enjoyable. Highly knowledgeable and very competent staff who will work very hard to make sure you are entirely happy with the final product. They renovated a very large bathroom for me, at a fair price, which now looks like a work of Art. I highly recommend them.

Aqua had the best quality, prices, and luxury for both materials and construction for all of my bathrooms. After going to multiple shops and warehouses as far as Staten Island, I went to Aqua and found that they had everything all the others did with better prices and guidance. This included not only tiles and fixtures, but also custom vanities that were necessary to fit my space. The vanities Aqua designed and procured were comparable or better in price to online with superior quality and fit my space perfectly. They did not try to upsell items and recommended where items were not the best use of money. Bill, Alex, and Yelena were awesome in helping me to figure out how to realize big dreams of luxury bathrooms based on hotels and pictures I have seen. They made the impossible happen and answered constant questions. As an example, I wanted to convert a standard tub in a small space to a shower and stand up tub. Bill figured out how to make it happen in a spa-like design. The construction was as much of a luxury as the bathroom itself. The crew had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. They would ask my opinion and make sure it came out like I wanted. They showed up at the same time 6 days per week for the entire project of a month or so. They used dropcloths on their paths through the house and cleaned up every day. My expectation that a luxury bathroom with the best quality and design would not be possible, but it was delivered all in one place at Aqua.

Bill was highly professional and I am in love with my new kitchen and bathroom. Very easy to work with and the store had a wide variety of different options for tiles. Highly recommended!

I saw Aqua Imports after my hair appointment in the same mall. Went in and they were busy which is a good first impression. I already had 2 estimates that were very high. After speaking with a friend of my sisters, she told me Aqua renovated her bathroom, so I went to see it and was very impressed with the quality of work and products. Bill came to my home and told me I needed to remove all the walls and the linen closet in order to achieve what I needed. The estimate he gave me was much lower but what I liked was he knew what needed to be done. He has a great eye for design, color especially for me because I really needed someone to guide me in the right direction. In short, the project came out fabulous. Alex & Roosevelt were terrific. Clean, respectful, quality of workmanship excellent. Bill was there each morning to oversee the project and make recommendations. I love our new bathroom, it is easy for my husband to get around, now that it is opened up. Many thanks to Bill, Yelena & Sasha for all their help and to Alex & Roosevelt who did a wonderful job.

I hired Aqua Imports to do my Master Bathroom. After interviewing approximately 12 Contractors without hesitation or reservation I hired Aqua. I was referred to them because I was looking for a "Boutique Look" Their showroom is a MUST SEE! From the get go their service was OUTSTANDING. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Their staff was approachable but the operative word is patient. Their crew showed up every single day on time and ready to work.Before doing anything on my project they consulted with me for an a ok.I achieved the Boutique look at a very reasonable rate.I highly recommend Aqua Imports for any project.

After reviewing 5 bathroom remodelers, we decided on Aqua Imports based on expected quality, expertise and price. We remodeled 2 full baths and a half bath. We felt we made a great choice as our bathrooms turned out very well. The team on the ground was talented, dedicated, trustworthy, and had great work ethic. The place was cleaned up each evening and thrash promptly removed from site. Dust around the house due to project work was hardly noticeable. Bill (owner) was very helpful in planning and guiding us through the process - helping us with selections or combinations of items. He was very flexible and worked to our needs - e.g. getting work permits or adjusting dates when we had to be away for a few days. He also visited at least once a day to ensure everything was on track. The administrative office was also very supportive and helpful. Overall, we felt very comfortable working with everyone and the end result turned out to be top class!! We feel confident in recommending Aqua Imports as a one-stop-shop for design, materials and labor at a reasonable price.

We recently purchased a home that needed renovations. Prior to closing, we went to multiple different kitchen and bath stores. All the stores told us to come back after closing or they could get the materials but we would have to hire our own contractor. Acqua Imports was the only one who took the time to show us around, discuss different design options and give estimated prices. Alex the design consultant was very patient and knowledgeable. We felt confident going with this establishment. We were very happy we did. They helped us design 2 batbrooms. Bill the owner gave us a start date and the materials and crew were there as promised. The crew was always punctual and very reliable. They would prep the area so there was minimal dust and dirt around. Bill would come daily to check on the progress. We loved the bathrooms when they were finished. They looked better than we imagined. Over the holidays, we received so many compliments from friends and family. We were so impressed with Acqua Imports that we hired them again 2 months later to remodel our kitchen and half bath. We can not say enough how satisfied are with Acqua Imports. Bill the owner, Alex the design consultant, Mario who made the deliveries and the entire crew were all exceptional. I would highly recommend Acqua Imports for all kitchen and bath renovations.

I had my kitchen done with this company. I love the way guys tried to accommodate everything I've planned. They gave me nice price and even worked with my complicated schedule during whole renovation. I love my new kitchen. It seems very modern and comfortable. I'm giving only 4 stars, just because of some issues with manufacture. They were quickly resolved, but I had to alter couple initial cabinets inserts. I would definitely come back for my bath project here!
