“If you are looking for a builder that listens to your vision, draws up plans for you to visualize a finished result, makes cost-effective recommendations to stay within a budget, commits and meets completion dates and employs skilled craftsmen to efficiently execute your plans, then this is a builder for you. I purchased a 28 year old builder grade home with all the original facilities that was going to require some exterior and extensive interior renovations. It needed new windows and I chose to expand the entryway transom, front door and foyer, the layout of two bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, adding a natural gas fireplace and replacing all the flooring with hardwood. Working with the entire A&E team was a pleasure. The contract and payment schedule was clearly defined and agreed to at the time of signing. The communication through every phase of the project was excellent. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Regular meetings with both the design team and the construction team ensured that the project was completed in a time frame that met my needs. My experience with A&E elevated the definition of 'contractor'. A&E is far more than a contractor, they are builders with a sincere interest in making your vision a reality, achieving perfection and ensuring 100% satisfaction with the finished result.”

“Was very happy with Uno Group for our primary suite renovation. They understood the ask, respected what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us like some other higher end contractors we consulted with. We are so happy with the resolts and feel lucky every day that this is now our home. We had a large space where we exapanded the bathroom and walk-in closet footprint. The work was neat and precise.
