We are lucky to let them do our project. They assisted us from the initiation of the plan, in our HOA application and building permit until it was finished. Garrett, the project manager answered our questions and thoroughly explained the course of the project. Their workers, were very professionaltoo, and always cleaned their workplace at the end of the day. The finished product was very satisfactory, and Garrett inspected it prior to the final turnover. Without any doubt I will be calling them for any future roject I may have. They have my 110% recommendation. And to the office manager and Kristy, they assisted us in our inquiries with excellent customer service. Thank you!

Aesthetically the project looked great upon completion. Structurally however, it’s a different ballgame. The deck is solid and looks good but when it comes to hardscapes it’s best to go with a landscaping company that understands grade and changes made to it. We had a deck/patio combo constructed and from on top it looks great. The hardscape paver patio however, was constructed on only a gravel/sand base that was not supported around the edging with retaining walls and was built in our backyard which had a significant downsloping grade from the back of our house. I’ve since had landscapers (whose companies also do hardscapes) out to estimate the cost of yard finishing after construction who have told me the structural integrity of the patio is questionable at best (they did not ask and I did not tell them the company who built the patio.) I also have a licensed civil engineer friend who told me it was not work done by someone who understands appropriate structural design concepts. Timelines for job completion are also not strictly adhered to so when given an estimate add several months on to it before you expect it to be complete. For decks this company is fine, anything else I’d find more professionally qualified companies to do the job.

We heard good things about this company so we interviewed them when we wanted an arbor and a decorative fence put around our deck. It was a great decision to go with them. The job was done perfectly and we have received many compliments. The materials used were first rate and the price was competitive. We were most impressed with the employees. They went out of their way to avoid damaging our landscaping. They actually dug up some of our plantings and replanted them when they were done to avoid any damage. That was impressive to us. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Archadeck built our back yard deck. Our first appointment was very productive. Tim brought his portfolio of past projects and asked about personal preferences. He was very respectful of my choices and budget. Our second appointment was just as productive. I went to his show room and was able to view / judge the different products offered. The project started much later than the approximate date I was given; however, once started it was finished in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. Their work ethic was comendable (showed up on time and worked very hard in inclement weather to get the job done).
