Archadeck helped build our dream screened in porch. We wanted a porch that could be used all year round, so they installed EZ breeze windows. We use a heater during the winter and are able to sit outside almost anytime we want. We are looking forward to warm weather, so we can open the windows fully, but are thankful for ability to use in the winter. We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. We have had so many comments on the beauty of the work. I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Archadeck, from the initial meeting to completion. The project involved rebuild of existing deck from wood to composite, stairs, railing, post wraps, support braces and DrySpace underneath. The quality of workmanship, materials and professionalism (Joseph and Danny) all top notch! What a wonderful upgrade!

We love our new deck and covered porch. The Archadeck crew was awesome and worked very hard (sometimes working 11 hour days.) They cleaned up at the end of each workday and were very professional. We basically didn't have a punch list when the job was finished because the crew would take care of everything during construction. We highly recommend Archadeck.

I live in Wake Forest, and if I could give a higher review to Archadeck, I would. Archadeck excelled in all aspects of our porch and stairs rebuild. From the salesman (Adam), the construction, (Todd, Joel, and the crew), to follow up oversight of the project (Danny), everyone was very professional, well-informed, and accommodating. The site was always clean, safe and secure during construction. Any needed changes or suggested options were discussed and approved by me ahead of time (no surprises) at the end of build regarding the bill. The final product exceeded our highest expectations. Our previous deck was only 12 years old and already have major problems. In taking bids for the replacement, I quickly learned two things about Archadeck. First, they would not be the cheapest (been there did that). Second, they would be by far the best. You can find a cheaper deck builder, but in 5-10 years, you will be wishing you made a different choice. When Archadeck asked if I could provide a review, I jumped at the chance. They deserve all the praise I can give, because, in the end, the money I spent on Archadeck was a bargain. If you are smart, you will call Archadeck, after you call the other guys. you'll see what I mean. Estimates are fast and free, but you have to live with your deck for a long time. We decided to go with Archadeck after having several bids to which we never heard back from except Archadeck. The staff are wonderful to work with and give daily updates and keep you well informed during the process, (some days updates were off but that was only due to weather, as it rained constantly on and off during our project). Adam was great to work with as well as the crew. I would recommend Archadeck for anyone looking for deck projects. You will not be disappointed, I know we weren't and were highly satisfied with the finished product!

Kyle Faulkner and his team at Archadeck did a great job on our new porch and deck. From design to finishing touches, they were fully engaged, courteous, and professional. Their computer models and construction experience guided us through the design. They managed all county permit applications and HOA requirements and every single detail of the construction. Kyle and his team were always available by phone and the daily updates and other communications were great. And they stayed diligent through the end. We are so pleased with the job of building our deck. The crew was prompt and did a nice job of cleaning up each day. Each day received an e-mail of what to expect from the crew. Great communication!!

We received proposals from several porch/deck contractors for our back porch expansion project. We told each representative the same thing, we wanted the addition to look like it was built with our home, not stuck on, and we wanted it to have some architectural distinction. Except for Archadeck, all the other companies proposed tearing down our existing porch and replacing it with a bigger rectangular one. Kyle Faulkner, the owner, listened to us. His plan left the roof and foundation of the existing porch intact with an integrated addition design with a hexagonal front that gave us what we were looking for. Kyle, Danny Wood and their subs were great to work with. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship, and their responsive and pro-active handling of every issue that inevitably came up during the project. Even though it was not part of Archadeck's proposal, we do wish they would have shared more advise and guidance about the estimated cost of painting and staining, and landscaping. However, we do understand their reluctance to do so for these elements of the project that were not under their control. Regardless, we whole-heartedly recommend Archadeck and would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Archadeck's professionalism and outstanding craftsmanship with building our new deck. The hard-working installation crew was very particular in completing a first-class job, and took much pride in the details of their work. During our first meeting with the Archadeck representative, I said I was looking for a quality job at a fair price. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Archadeck. After interviewing several contractors, we engaged Archadeck to build a new deck and screened porch for us, and we are very glad we did. We couldn't be more pleased with out pergola. Archadeck's product exceeds our expectations. Adding a pergola adds privacy and feels like a whole new room.

Our experience with Archadeck Raleigh was great! We had plans for a rebuilt screened-in porch (complete with ez breeze window panels so we can use it all year) with an adjoining deck. The design looked great from the start and we were able to make edits before construction. Kyle and the contractors were friendly and informative. They got the project started earlier than expected. The weather did play a role in the slight delay of the project getting finished, but that was not their fault. The construction guys were there early every morning or let us know when they would be coming (if later). All of the inspections went through with no problem. I think the entire construction time was 8-9 weeks. The final product is AMAZING. It is hands-down the best part of our house now and I have spent everyday in there since its completion! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality deck/porch that you're going to love for many years to come!

Archadeck redesigned and rebuilt our deck this spring and we love it! We also added a hot tub. The design added so much functionality to a deck we rarely used before. Archadeck provided quality construction and a knowledgeable crew. We returned to Archadeck because they had built our screen porch 20 years ago and we were just as pleased with the quality.

All specifications for the deck were clearly described to to review the accumulated price of the deck, which allowed us to view the amount of money we were capable of saving through the different options available to us.
