My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our experience with Arcisan was absolutely fantastic! From the very first meeting, Ben Settle went above and beyond to help us design and contract our dream house. Merely employing preliminary discussions, he intuitively understood the style we were looking for and our family needs, and he put together a plan even better than we could've imagined. After we had struggles with a builder, he found us a new one within a day who fit our needs perfectly. Our family would recommend this company any day of the week, and we hope to work with him again!

We love our sun porch addition! When we began the project, we had an idea of the size we wanted, but had few ideas concerning the many details that were necessary for a great design. Ben was able to take our limited vision and complete a beautiful room and deck that complements our home and surrounding farmland. His company worked professionally and everything was completed on schedule. Ben has an ability to visualize the outcome to any project. His ideas are excellent and we know him to be a professional with integrity.

I have hired Ben Settle at Arcisan, Inc long before he started this company. Haven't looked for another since. I have used him on so many projects that I have lost count. He is a rare find in the residential design and build world. He is extremely detail-oriented, creative, thinks outside the box and he actually understands construction and how buildings go together. Such a rare find in the design world. Just because you can dream it...doesn't mean you can build it. So having someone that understands construction makes him a great find. You know his designs will work in the real world. I highly recommend him for residential design projects.
