He is highly organized and conscientious and is dedicated to making sure the job is understood, planned, and executed the way he planned it to be. The showroom is beautiful, and his staff and team are excellent. Kristina is great with assisting with hardware, colors, and counters! Bill and Drew, the on-site team, are proficient, honest, conscientious, neat, tidy, and respectful. They really strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have read so many reviews from other kitchen cabinetry designers, and I must say, Artistic Cabinetry really came through with a gorgeous kitchen. Design to execution- we are extremely satisfied. Keith Stowby from Artistic Cabinetry was nothing but amazing to work with! His attention to detail, patience and expertise was incredible. I have done other projects in the past but have never worked with someone as passionate and creative as Keith. Keith was my kitchen designer and was the brains’ behind the project. He patiently listened to everything we wanted and designed our dream kitchen. My husband and I had two very different ideas for our kitchen, and Keith was able to navigate through all of our wants and needs and create a beautiful kitchen that was utilized. His knowledge in construction came in very handy which made it possible to create things that other designers never thought of. His design included things that I wasn’t even thinking of but now could never think of living without. The staff at Artistic Cabinetry were all a pleasure to work with. Kristina was wonderful and was in constant communication along with Keith to let me know when everything was coming in and answered every question I had through the process. Their delivery company was wonderful and careful brought in each box which was over 100 of them and careful placed them in the house making sure they were out of the way and protected. The cabinets themselves were absolutely beautiful with minimal issues that were quickly taken care of and/or replaced. Keith came frequently to the job site and went over the cabinets and spoke with the contractors many times to make sure everything was being done as planned. He was always available and picked up the phone when my contractors had questions which was very helpful and very much appreciated. I was very impressed with Keith’s commitment to customer service. From start to finish Keith and the staff at Artistic Cabinetry has been nothing but excellent. They stand by their product, are very transparent and make a very stressful process easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough good things about Artistic Cabinets. From conceptual design through installation it was an easy process and the kitchen came out great. The designers and installers are professional and neat and the owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I walked into Artistic Cabinetry thinking I could not afford to shop there and then I met Keith. He explained in detail the differances in the quality of cabinets, the various styles and educated me on where they are manufactured. In short I not only could afford the kitchen I wanted I saved a significant amount of money. Working with Keith was a blessing. I highly recommend Artsitic Cabinetry.

We recently contracted with Artistic Cabinetry to renovate our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms including full demolition down to the bare studs and flooring. Owner and Operator Alex Pfitzer and Design Consultant Keith Stowby facilitated every aspect of the project from planning to completion. They spent a considerable amount of time and effort to carefully plan and redesign every aspect of the build including placement of appliances, countertops and hardware and ultimately gave us the kitchen of our dreams. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we looked into several companies. We reached out to a bunch that were highly rated and had consults. To our surprise there were a bunch of reputable companies that didn't even so much and send the quote/design ideas we discussed. Artistic was one of the few who was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with! Phil, our designer, was more than happy to answer our questions and work with us to build the dream kitchen we wanted. He spent tons of time going over our options and making sure to stick within our budget. The crew that worked in our home was also incredibly courteous and clean! I was thrilled that our house was kept very tidy throughout the whole process. Our kitchen came out beyond gorgeous and I would recommend Artistic to anyone!

Giving a vendor a harsh, or negative, review isn't my typical style, however sometimes they're necessary to correct the publics perception of getting a valuable, quality product for the money paid. For public awareness ONLY, be advised that Artistic Cabinetry works with cabinet manufacturers that are sending out shockingly poor quality cabinets for the money they charge. Attached is a picture of the quality I got in the form of my cabinet shelves. I paid over 15 thousand dollars for my cabinets. I don't necessarily mind that it's made from pressboard. However, I do mind that: 1- I was sent shelves with ugly saw marks showing splintered edges. 2 - The laminated strips are not sealed properly, so they start to pop up and curl showing the cheap pressboard underneath 3 - The showroom in Smithtown, NY displays elegant metal shelf pins supporting their cabinet shelves, but send you hedious plastic shelf supports that look like something you would find in a Dollar Store. When I complained about the difference in what I was shown in their showrooms, and what I actually received, they sent me a photo from their office, where they store their supplies, showing me they do, indeed, use the plastic shelf pins. For fifteen thousand dollars, your cabinet shelves should be displayed with the same elegant metal pins seen in the showroom where you purchased them. Anything less is false advertising. Period. The shelf pins were my breaking point, and why I decided to "out" this company on the upsettingingly cheaply made product they're fostering on the general public, at the price point you're shelling out. Unless all shelving cuts and laminating are done by machine, with zero human observation, then boxed and shipped without any emphasis on spot checks for quality control, then the workers, foremans and management all know they're showing one thing in their showroom, but shoving something entirely different on to unsuspecting clients. UPDATE: The veneer on my shelves are already separating from the pressboard. Even in the picture Artistic Cabinetry sent me, as proof they use the plastic shelf pins in their office, you can see that the hole edges inside the cabinets are warped and splintered. When you pull the pins out, they pull the cheap veneer with it. Again, be aware of what you're purchasing. You're getting pretty colored outside cabinets with pressboard shelves covered on ONE side with a plastic veneer edge that starts to pop up almost immediately. Fifteen thousand dollars doesn't afford you sealed shelves able to withstand moisture, humidity, or releasing a shelf pin without pulling off the cheap wood veneer with it. It simply affords you pretty color with a professional finish, and the quality stops with the color.

Our experience with Artistic Cabinetry was top notch. From the initial consultation and design with Keith to the construction phase with Ken and his team, everyone we interacted with was a true professional. We love our new kitchen/family room and highly recommend Artistic Cabinetry to anyone looking to transform their home.

From start to finish, I can't express how pleased we are with Keith Stowby's, of Artistic Cabinetry, professionalism, follow up, and quality of work. We had ideas on what we wanted, but Keith made the decision process much easier by helping us stay within our budget while getting the kitchen of our dreams. He finished the job on time, never made excuses, and worked with us every step of the way. The finished product looks even better than we could have imagined. And unlike many contractors we've worked with , Keith called well after the check had cleared to see if we were still happy or if any tweaks were desired. We'd highly recommend him!

Artistic Cabinetry truly impressed us during a very difficult time... After an unfortunate house fire left us with a gutted shell of a home in the fall of 2017 we needed plenty of assistance from others. We initially began working with our restoration company on a kitchen plan but it was clear to us that they lacked experience and were possibly overcharging us. We switched gears, walked into the Artistic Cabinetry showroom and thankfully found Keith Stowby. Not only did we realize that our restoration company was planning to overcharge us by twelve thousand dollars, Keith corrected not one or two but eleven errors in their layout. Talk about a life saver! We were at ease with Keith because it was clear how experienced and confident he was. He helped us design an absolutely gorgeous kitchen that they delivered and installed perfectly with no issues. During the process we engaged Keith to help us with design ideas for cabinetry in our living room. The end result of this portion of our project is absolutely breathtaking and something that makes us happy everyday. From a blank wall to a center accent wall of Dekton stone, flanked by open shelves and lower cabinets. Finished off by a sixty five inch flat screen above a sixty inch linear gas fireplace within the stone. Keith and Artistic really helped us create something amazing. What one of our friends called a "show stopper". We will always remember Artistic Cabinetry for the part they played in making our home whole again. For which we are forever thankful.

Qe worked with Alex and his team on our kitchen remodel. He has spent so much time educating us and guiding us in our choices. He listened to us and worked to understand how we want to use our kitchen and his design and attention to detail reflected that. He and his team were available through the entire process for questions and any issues that came up. We are excited for our new kitchen!
