A Touch of Tile

Can’t say enough good things about Dave & his team. Friendly, always on time, and high quality work that was done super quickly. Nothing beats that. We’ll absolutely be calling them for future projects.

We hired A Touch of Tile based on a recommendation from A World of Tile for a secondary bathroom remodel. We have ridiculously high standards and I have to say they are amazing. Dave is calm, candid, and trustworthy, he provided expertise and also alleviated our concerns along the way, he even helped us through some really difficult decisions - we couldn't be happier with the project. We hope they are available to help with the remodel of the master bath and kitchen. They are so good - it is worth booking well in advance.

We called Touch of Tile and spoke to David. We needed the kitchen floor redone after a bad job. We added the a room to be changed from carpet to wood. David sent one of his men to take a look and measure. That same night we got their estimate. We thought it was fairly priced. We were lucky to catch them in between projects. One man ripped the carpet and installed the red oak in one day! They worked with much consideration for our daily life. They used dustless sander, applied the color then finished it with 3 coats of Mega Bona water based. WE LOVE OUR FLOORS. This business is very professional, punctual, considerate, relatable, run well. We recommend it very highly. They not only do tile but do great wood floors as well. Thank you so much David!

We remodeled our entire bathroom. It included tile work on the floor, back splash, and tub and shower surrounding, new toilet, cabinets and jetted tub. The tub included an additional electric outlet. It turned out so great I also hired him to remodel my kitchen and added new hard wood flooring to join my entry to my kitchen. It looks seamless. We added additional lighting and enlarged our island. The cabinetry looks great! He is great to work with and will adjust any issues if needed. I would highly recommend David and his company and will be hiring him again for my next project.

David Weiland is owner of Touch of Tile and together with his team is unsurpassed for both quality and service while competitively priced and trustworthy. Their services include tile work, floor and wall, but David and his team is also very skilled in all matters of cabinet installation and general remodeling, with excellent input to design. I am a former contractor from the mid-west so I know what I know. I used Touch of Tile for probably six projects spanning two years and would recommend Touch of Tile. Grant Ireland

David’s knowledge and experience is head and shoulders above all others. He always meets the deadline no matter what it take with a great attitude. His proposals are spot on and true. Communication has never been a problem. He answers any question quickly weather it is by phone, email, or text. Honesty with integrity. That’s what you will receive from A Touch of Tile.

David did a remodel on my very small bathroom. He was recommended by" A world of tile" where I bought my tile. David's work is exceptional. He put down canvas runners from the front door to the bathroom..... every day... I had ordered a glass shower door from a big box store that was not in the finish that I expected.. David made a call and I had a custom glass shower door in the right finish installed within a week!!! I found him to be honest, respectful and just a very nice young man... hey, I'm retired.. anyone under 40 is a young man!! Marge M~~~

Worked with A Touch of Tile over the last several years. Dave, the owner, is professional, friendly, and his crew is very competent. They remodel our master bathroom and just completed the kitchen remodel, including tile in the foyer and laundry room. Now we will work with Dave to remodel our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Dave and his crew are extremely professional and do very good work. I have had him do work for me for over 6 years now and am happy every time.

David, the owner, did a fantastic job with the layout and plumbing. There were a number of complicated issues with various parts of the layout and he provided excellent solutions through creative problem solving. He is very detailed and his work was always top notch. His tape and texture crew was the weak link but David had them come back to fix mistakes that were made. Overall, his bid was significantly better than his competitors and we are very happy with the final result. He was super easy to work with and gave itemized costs so we knew exactly what we were paying for. The only reason for 4 stars was due to the tape and texture crew - David himself is 5+ stars.

I am a real estate professional and often have the opportunity to refer clients to contractors. I feel most comfortable when I've used the contractor on my own projects and projects of close friends and family. This way I can be sure to refer a competent company to my clients and peers. Dave with A Touch of Tile has been routinely professional both in the management of projects and the quality of work provided. It's clear to me that A Touch of Tile cares about their reputation and future business and it shows in their quality of work, expertise in the industry and customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality job done right the first time.

We recently had Dave oversee the renovation of our basement after it flooded. The project involved replacing the carpeting, as well as remodeling a kitchen and bar area. The counters were replaced with quartz, and a new tile back splash installed. There was also some minor electrical and plumbing work. Dave is easy to work with, his prices are competitive, and his work and that of his subcontractors is quality. We had a few minor glitches that Dave was quick to come out to the house and address. One of my favorite aspects of working with Dave is that he answers his phone - he is easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We have used a Touch of Tile for 2 projects - replacing a tile floor with slate, and this more recent project. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
