I initially reached out to Bryan to inquire about help rebuilding our deck. We had planned to meet a few weeks later, but a rainstorm caused major leaking in our living room. I texted Bryan and he came right over - traveling across town - and brought an employee to assess the situation. They quickly determined the issue was with the roof and even went up to place a tarp to prevent further damage. Bryan also left us with a carpet dryer and walked us through how to remove the damaged carpet and padding so the subfloor could dry properly. During that process, we discovered there was significant long-term damage to the subfloor. At that point, we decided to shift priorities and move forward with remodeling the first floor instead of rebuilding the deck. Throughout the project, Bryan and his team were attentive and helpful. They addressed wet exterior siding and insulation, helped us select new flooring, and provided input on our fireplace tile choices. They were also very flexible and supportive of the fact that we wanted to complete some portions of the remodel ourselves while they handled the rest. While we were away, they removed all the old flooring in our home and discovered an additional area of subfloor damage on the other side of the house, which they repaired. They also identified water damage around our doors and told us they needed to be replaced before they could finish the flooring installation. Since we were not physically present, Bryan helped us source doors that fit our needs. When we returned home, there were a couple of issues we noticed, including a section of grout that had cracked and a register cover that did not fit into the new flooring properly. Bryan has already committed to coming out to fix those items. Bryan works with specialized contractors for different aspects of the job. One highlight was the stucco work on our replacement siding. We live in a townhouse, so matching color and texture was critical, and the stucco contractor did an absolutely perfect job. That was really impressive. One thing to note is that the price for specialized subcontractors is higher when going through Bryan, as there is a percentage added to the rate. We would have paid less by hiring certain specialists directly. However, Bryan did ensure that the people working on our project were among the best in their specialty area. Their overall pricing is on the higher side, and the project moved more slowly after the initial emergency, likely because our job was small compared to some of their other projects. That said, this really felt like a “you get what you pay for” situation. Since this is our home, we were comfortable paying a bit more for the peace of mind that the work was done properly. When we had an emergency, Bryan and his team responded immediately, and we truly appreciated that level of urgency. Overall, Bryan delivers quality work, has a reliable network of specialists, and is very responsive in urgent situations.

No matter the trade or business it comes down simply to leadership. Having that in place branches down to the folks that represent your company. I don’t recall reaching out to Bryan and not getting him on the phone or a pretty quick callback (that being time or day). I myself do not do reviews on anything but felt their service to us warranted me putting this out for others. We could have not been more pleased with the job they completed with our home. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent from start to finish. The foreman Sergio…….top notch along with the entire crew We have already started making plans for the second project which will be much larger. This will involve I kitchen remodel which we will lean on Andrea’s expertise on finishes Just good stuff that is rare nowadays on how companies handle business

All Under One Roof has done four large projects for us. One was an extensive interior project that involved wall removals and a complete first-floor renovation, and another was an interior renovation on a lake cabin. Two were exterior projects that included upstairs decks, ground-level patios, staircases, and fire pits. In each case, AUOR worked closely with us before and throughout the projects to determine and meet our project needs and goals. They communicated constantly throughout the projects and were very responsive to what we wanted and needed. The end results are perfect! I highly recommend All Under One Roof!

Don’t hesitate! Bryan and Andrea are the absolute best contractors I’ve ever worked with. They are incredibly responsive, they show up on time (usually early) and they complete projects on schedule (also usually early). They are fantastic collaborators, budget conscious, set realistic expectations and just plain fun to talk to. Most importantly, their work is incredible. 100% quality. Their employees are true craftsmen and more than capable of handling any unexpected issues that might pop up. We are currently on our 3rd project with them in 7 months (a full bath reno, an exterior door and patio install, and now our primary bath). They will also be handling a roofing and fencing project for one of our family members. Honestly, they can do it all and they do it really well.

All Under One Roof does excellent work. Attention to detail is a priority. The staff were prompt and put in a full, honest days work. Brian, the owner, communicated with us regularly and provided consistent updates. My only suggestion is to confirm an ending date realizing that with outside work, weather and other unforeseen issues can delay the project. Highly recommend All Under One Roof.

Too bad we can only give 5 Stars. All Under One Roof deserves a lot more. We asked to have a sliding glass door and a regular exterior door replaced and sealed (to prevent water intrusion). While doing the work AUOR discovered water damage that was covered up by a previous contractor (for the previous owner of our home) and investigated until the full extent of the structural damage was uncovered and repaired correctly. Bryan and his team are experts and it showed. They made sure our home was safe and structurally sound. AND, they communicated with us every step of the way. AND, all of the damages and repairs were documented which helped us recoup costs in the aftermath of these surprise findings. I wish all contractors were as ethical and competent as Bryan and the AUOR team!

All Under One Roof installed a gas range hood that vented to the outside. Although a relatively small project, they worked with us to get it done in a timely fashion. Andrea was a pleasure to work with, and she took care of everything! Her communication and attention to detail were outstanding. She was as invested in the project as we were and was genuinely excited when we found matching backsplash tiles (a box in our basement) left over from a previous kitchen project. She listened to what we wanted and brought over three different hoods for us to choose from. The team that removed our over-the-stove microwave, installed the vent, the hood, the backsplash tile and painted the attached cabinets was excellent...on-time, pleasant, professional and conscientious. We are very happy with our new hood and recommend All Under One Roof without reservation.

AUOR just completed an extensive interior and exterior home renovation for us. Andrea and Heather were instrumental in keeping the project on schedule and keeping track of all the details, both large and small. Bryan and his team did an outstanding job primarily on the exterior renovations. Given the scope of this project there were a couple of rework issues and AUOR stood behind their work and corrected them in a timely manner. Their relationship with their subcontractors was excellent. I would highly recommend them based on our personal experience.

We recently purchased a new home in Spring Hill, Kansas. We wanted to enlarge our deck with a grilling platform, add steps down to the backyard and screen in the deck. Bryan and his crew started our project and had it completed within a great time limit. The quality is exceptional, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend their work and would use them for future projects.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile, and now that I’m getting ready to reach out to them soon to do our 3rd project with them, I figured that it was time that I shared with the world how much I LOVE Bryan, Andrea, and Heather! Bryan redid our patio, a small project for them, spring 2021, and treated us with such professionalism, stayed in budget, and was so easy to communicate with. He took my vision and made it so much better, I had multiple friends from out of state request pictures so they could try to recreate it in their areas! Last fall 2022, we remodeled our kitchen and did a huge interior paint makeover involving all the walls, trim, and ceilings of the main level and upper level of the house. We lived in the basement for a few months and the fact that I’m not even a little traumatized speaks volumes. Everything went so smoothly, stayed in budget, and they were all very easy to communicate with. On top of that, they helped us move some furniture, kept things very tidy, and even helped my neighbor who was going through some contractor drama. Both projects turned out BEAUTIFULLY. My brother told me my house is starting to look like a magazine, (minus all the kid and dog toys everywhere) exactly the vibe I was going for.

We had the floor of our deck replaced with composite material. The deck looks great, the job was done as promised. This was a smaller job for AUOR, we were treated with the same professionalism by Bryan as if it was a much bigger job. This was so appreciated. We would recommend AUOR for any job. We would have them back for other jobs.

All Under One Roof is frankly one the best contractors with not only great expertise in remodels, decks, full add on additions, etc.... but their communication skills, organization skills, and interpersonal skills with their clients is beyond compare. Wife and I have used other building/remodel contractors before but Bryan's and Andrea's company is the best. No compare.

All Under Ome Roof… the name says it all. I had a short visit with Bryan about a small project I wanted done in my pantry. I really wanted to find a contractor that is humble & very experienced. I had not had much luck with contractors over the years because of the stereotypical unfortunate truth in my case. That is until I randomly was driving through the neighborhood & as a yard sign. I wanted to see if the name matched what I thought it should mean & it did. Far past what I thought I would have had in front of me. Bryan referred me to his interior staff & what a great experience I had with Andrea & Heather. I decided to ask them to do more while they were here & they humbly accommodated my every want. All Under One Roof did a complete renovation of our first floor. We could not be happier! They established a budget with us and remained within the boundary ( actually coming in under budget ) of the contracted price. The subcontractors were all very skilled craftsman and courteous. The project schedule was set by All Under One Roof and all dates were met. The renovation included kitchen cabinets, new hardwood in three rooms, staining old hardwood in entry and kitchen, and redoing the face of the fireplace. The fireplace, all trim and walls were updated with new paint. The communication with All Under One Roof was always accurate and immediate, we would highly recommend them for any project that one might be considering.

Bryan Delap and his Company, All Under One Roof have done exceptional quality and long-lasting work for us on our home. Work included a basement finished room remodel in 2007 and a bathroom remodel in 2011. These have stood the test of time. So far All Under One Roof is the only company that has done quality long lasting work for us. Other recent years major construction projects by several other contractors highly rated by Angie’s List have been failures. These failures after a couple to several years later have cost us thousands of dollars to correct the poor quality of their work. So far only All Under One Roof has stood the test of time for quality work. Their honest and ethical approach includes knowing the local city and county codes and adherence to those codes and sitting up code inspections as needed. In addition, their quality evaluation and consulting information adds to making better decisions on the details of the project to be done and how to negotiate with the home owner’s insurance companies. I am presently beginning to use All Under One Roof for a major project on my house. So far, All Under One Roof is my best and most trusted contractor for my home projects.

I have had two MAJOR home improvements conducted by AUOR, one exterior and one interior. The exterior was the removal of an old deck and replacement with a stellar deck and customized metal spiral staircase. This work transformed the back of our house and is very functional for us. Brian was very professional and you know he takes pride in his work. No shortcuts here!! More recently, we did a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bath. This is a BIG undertaking, and boy am I glad I didn't try to "piecemeal" this job and serve as my own general contractor. Andrea was the lead on this and has an incredible team of skilled contractors on her team. The change in our home is transformational and the results are superior. We love showing off our home now and I have recommended AUOR to anyone I can.

We were so happy with our remodel! The quality of the work was excellent, and even though we had a few additions or changes in mid-stream, they took them in stride, delivered an end product that was everything we had hoped for, and they are just the easiest people to work with on top of it all. We bought a 1970’s house and did all new flooring, removed popcorn ceilings, added lighting, took out a pony wall, did a custom wine bar and painted all trim and walls. I called them initially based on reviews that I had read, and I am super happy that I did.

Great attention to detail. Hard to plan the start time due to covid and weather but once it got started it went smoothly. Great communication on what was needed from us and also reached out for our feedback on few occasions. The project was completely custom made from wife's drawing. Did our kitchen in 2019. The painters didn't even take the outlet/switch covers off when painting the walls. The wood floor wasn't finished properly. It scratches very easily and has splintered in a couple of areas in less than one year. I would call the owner to fix but he was rude during the project, especially toward the end and left me in tears saying the issues were my fault. Saying delays were my fault even though no one came to work after demo for over three weeks. He specifically told me that our remodel project was not important in the scheme of their other projects since it was less than $15k. It is unfortunate because we are ready for our next $10-15k project and in researching contractors, I see all these positive reviews from clients and that was NOT my experience. Did I hire them on an off year? How could my experience be so much different than everyone else? **Update** The owner called and left me a message and many text messages continuing to say this was our fault because of my husband's schedule. A schedule which we were very clear about before the contract was signed and were told would be "no problem". But he also forgets that we told him about a month into the project, to forget about the schedule since it was clear that the timing wasn't going well. We said he could schedule people at any time during the day, we just wanted it completed. At that point he threw that in my face saying we were changing everything mid-project. It got to a point where my husband took over all communications because he didn't like the way I was being spoken to. The owner also addressed in the voicemail and texts that our project wasn't unimportant because of the low cost, he said it was done out of goodwill and they were making/made no profit on the project. I'm not exactly sure how that works since they provide a list of all the expenses/labor and charge a 20% fee on top of that. They quoted us $12k and we paid $19,500 since we added an $800 backsplash, $600 to fix a surprise leaky exhaust pipe and $3,950 for painting. I missed that painting wasn't included in the contract so while it stings, I don't blame them for that. So while a little over $3k isn't a lot of profit, I don't understand how you can call that "charity" either. I hope anyone that hires them has a better experience than we did. I do appreciate the owner reaching out and trying to make things better and trying to learn from his partner what went wrong during the project. I know when I read reviews for products or vendors that not everyone can be happy. But it is also bad when people are afraid to share their negative experiences and others go into a project with a false sense for the company they are hiring. I do not want to take my review down because I feel it is justified. I think that the project loses one star for painting, one star for the floor finishing and one star for communication/project management.

I’ve had the pleasure of work with Bryan and Andrea from All Under One Roof for several big projects at my house. I can say unequivocally that it has been an fantastic experience. There are many companies that do good work; however, there are several key factors which separates AUOR from the rest of the field. 1) Their eyes for detail and design: without a doubt, our original ideas were only made better by AUOR’s ability to listen to our goals and expound upon them. 2) Communication: unlike most other companies who you can’t get a hold of or never return a phone call, you can always expect to hear back from AUOR. AUOR created a fabulous bathroom remodel for our 30 year old house. Installed a new updated and much larger shower for years of enjoyment. Also created a nice closet space where there was once a outdated jacuzzi tub. Installed new sink countertop and backsplash. AUOR brought in a very professional crew that followed up and completed all task to the detail I demanded.

Bryan and his crew of pros designed and built a deck/playground hybrid area for us that is definitely making our neighbors stop and take notice. The deck has a slide attached to it with swings and a cushioned play area underneath it. We are pleased with the results and our grandkids are very happy with it, too!

This project started out as a kitchen remodel, but morphed into complete flooring throughout a bulk of the interior as well as Exterior Wood Rot Repair and New Paint. AUOR has been my residential GC of choice for over 10 years. These guys do amazing work & provide quality craftsmanship. They are also excellent with putting up with a nerdy engineer. The design phase for the Kitchen Remodel lasted 20 months. The architect (Joe) was patient with me as we developed 7 different layout options. (I know, I know..) From demo day, to being able to “move back in” was about 6 weeks. The project was substantially complete in about 11 or 12 weeks. Brian and Andrea are a hoot to work with. Remodels are stressful, and many "unknowns" become "knowns," especially in a 60+ year old house. Without the great attitude of the entire team, I may have lost my mind. James (aka The Wolf) had an excellent handle on each hiccup, and handled each situation with great resolve. Jim is the carpenter who custom built the cabinets, and they are amazingly gorgeous! Casper the electrician was also a pleasure to work with. Rick installed the flooring and the backslash, both of which are breath taking! Complete home renovations are not for the faint of heart, and require copious amounts of flexibility and patience from all parties involved. If you are brave enough to weather this self-inflicted storm, I definitely recommend AUOR!

The owner Bryan of All Under One Roof treats each job as if it is his own house using high quality materials within a budget. Bryan stands by the quality of his product too. We had a 400 square foot deck —a beautiful deck—built over 4 years ago. We love our main floor structural wall removal & reconfiguration remodel! They turned four separate living areas into one wide open space. Refinished all the wood floors, added a big granite Kitchen Island, and relocated the first floor bathroom. The crew was awesome! They did everything in their power to minimize the disruption to our daily lives. We called them back to fix some slow close hinges on the kitchen cabinets and to fix the wax seal on the toilet months after they had completed the project. I would use them again!

Quality of work is excellent. Staff is friendly, respectful to home/dogs and responsive to all feedback. When the bathroom layout was disrupted by a pipe found in demo, they quickly provided a solution we ended up liking more!

All Under One Roof did an outstanding job on installing our brand new deck. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality and once the project was finished the staging area and work area were pristine. The estimated cost of the project matched the final bill so there were no big surprises at the end.

I 'd wanted to remodel the kitchen since I moved in, and with this, I got a beautiful, covered front porch also. After another company's (an advertiser on the radio) remodeling rep showed up , and told me what he'd do, rather than pay attention to what I wanted, I thought "Oh no, what am I getting into?" He never even got back to me with a quote. Then I contacted AUOR. They responded in 20 minutes. They brought over a whole team, they looked at the joists and the plumbing and electrical... and listened to me. After they left, I was so excited! Anyone who doesn't make you feel that way is probably not the people you want to work with. And, oh boy, did I make a good decision. They'd rather do everything right than fast. I handed some decisions completely over to them, and I am thrilled with the results and the expertise, and all the over-and-above improvements they made to my ideas. It seems like they have an expert for everything. I have a custom pull-out pantry now where I used to have an awkward closet over the stairs. They are really easy to talk to, too, and did a great job cleaning up every day. (They also liked my dogs. That first guy didn't . I should have known right then.) I absolutely love it. Neighbors I don't even know compliment the porch, and a real estate agent stopped by in case I want to sell. Heck no! I will certainly hire them again.

We contracted with AUOR to do a shower enclosure update. Dealing with Bryan was a miserable experience: he didn't keep his promises and his "contract" was self-serving and non-binding, which was useless to us. We told Bryan our budget and he said he'd stay within it. The final bill was 20% over the contracted amount and he would not explain the overage, nor present paid receipts of his expenses, as his "contract" outlined we had a right to have. When we questioned the increased amount, he said it was a "surprise to him too" and became confrontational and threatened to use our routing and account numbers to withdraw the money and to also withdraw "legal fees". (We had a fraud alert put on our account.) Lien waivers, as promised in the "contract", were requested but never given to us. The use of tarps and booties, as stipulated in the "contract", was then used as an excuse for not completing the project on time. Neither Bryan nor the electrician (asked twice!) would explain how to replace the light bulbs in the 2 new ceiling fixtures, only to say: "Don't worry about it - the bulbs last 10 to 15 years." We were never given the information we wanted. Bryan became belligerent when he asked for house keys for his sub-contractors so they could "come and go as necessary". We told him no one gets keys to the home but that we would guarantee to be home at ANY time with a "heads up" phone call. Bryan said they do not make courtesy calls and that HE runs his business and since we are under contract to him, we have to do as he says! Shocked by his antagonism, I hung up the phone. We would NEVER use Bryan or his company again and hope our horrible experience with this person is a warning to anyone considering using him.

We contacted Bryan Delap/AUOR to repair damage done to our home by a water pipe break. At the original visit to our home he told us that he has worked closely with insurance companies for many years. We read his reviews and felt comfortable. We sent him $100 retainer and the information from the insurance company a couple of days after his original visit. He did not give us an agreement/contract and we didn’t sign anything with him/AUOR. We did have every intention of working with his company. It appeared that we were receiving a bid since we did not have a contract with Bryan Delap/AUOR. We repeatedly told him that we didn’t want to spend more than our $1000 deductible. On July 16th, 2019 we received an email from Bryan Delap/AUOR that stated in part “i have not detailed the what it goes to because it doesn’t matter as we have a total monies to cover.. i will have the work completed & we will submit for anything over & if rejected then you can work through the insurance stuff but it will be as cost effectively handled as possible & The coverage should be most all of it as for your investment to be low as the deductible”. Weeks later, on July 31st, 2019, the day before the drywall work was to begin, we received a bid that was $3600 more than the insurance allowance, 50% higher than our insurance allowance. The insurance company would not agree to cover the difference, due to that it was decided that we needed to find another contractor. We received an email dated August 6th from Bryan Delap/AUOR that stated in part “No worries. We will be ok. I know we have some time to cover that we will final invoice for No problem with us. We are fine to let someone else do it if they can meet those costs they gave. I think that is great. As long as they have a company to cover the work at the allowance they gave. Let us know if you need carpet down the way. I let everyone know & I will have them submit any labor costs to this point for the travel & time involved”. This was the first time we had heard that there would be additional costs besides the retainer as, again, we did not receive an agreement/contract from Bryan Delap/AUOR and this was not communicated with us. On August 13th we received an email and invoice for $660. The email stated in part “sorry that we couldn’t really make it all happen I have 2 more insurance projects & they are all nice adjusters & there is supplementation needs & all is working itself out..”. We were surprised by the amount. We didn’t respond initially. On September 22nd we received another email from Bryan Delap/AUOR that stated in part “the check was with the agreement & I am fine to just send you over to the lawyer & file a lien on your house & I have your bank routing number from your check.. that is why we take a check so we can attach all that documentation to the lien..” Attached to that email was an agreement/contract with our name on it but not our signature. We responded by email on September 23rd where we stated in part “Since we did not receive a contract from you prior to September 22nd, 2019, and have not signed anything from you we would like to propose that in addition to the $100 retainer we have already sent to you, we send you an additional check for $280, half of the remaining $560. If you would agree to that please let us know”. Bryan Delap/AUOR responded that same day stating in part “The balance is 560$ & you can make that payment you mention of coarse & pay the balance next month or break it down over 3 months. I dont care how you do it. I just need the 560$ balance paid in full”. We chose to pay Bryan Delap/AUOR in full on 9/30/2019 sending a check for $560 certified mail due to the threats he was making to us, the inconsistency in his emails and his unwillingness to compromise with us. We can’t state strongly enough that we would not recommend working with Bryan Delap/AUOR on insurance claims.

Bryan was very helpful in helping decide a good design for our back deck. He is not pushy and is up front and honest about costs and what works best. He kept in communication with me throughout the whole process.

Like most people who are investing money to improve their home we got multiple bids from various contractors. When I met Bryan I had a good feeling about him. He talks fast but he is also a fast thinker. Bryan is a genuine person and a straight shooter. His team of builders, roofers, painters, electricians, etc are all top notch! I never worried about letting them into my home or around my family. They all were respectful of my family and my home. Bryan has worked with this crew for many years so you don’t have to worry about who is going to be working on your project. If you are on the fence about who to hire look no further. I know we will continue to use Bryan for other projects in the future and we are thankful for the beautiful space they created (covered patio). Bryan went well beyond my expectations both in the project and as a person. I was nervous about staying on budget and Bryan listened to me and not only did he stay on budget but he was several thousand dollars UNDER!!! Who does that? This guy does! If you are considering a remodel, I highly recommend contacting All Under One Roof. They called me back on my first attempt which no other contractor had done and continued through the entire project to impress us. They removed our tile floor, installed hard woods, added a custom island and painted our cabinets, new back-splash and quartz counter top. All of this was completed within the quote and timeline they quoted and included some huge assistance by Andrea for design/selection. I hired All Under One Roof for my remodeling project (including a major bathroom remodel) after having to fire my previous contractor. The owners and their staff came to the rescue and went over and above my expectations. They delivered a quality product at a fair price and were personable, honest, and easy to work with.

Bryan Delap, the owner of All-Under-One-Roof came out to give us a bid for the porch we were planning. He envisioned a cathedral roofline rather than the shed roof that we had been looking at, and won us over with his plan. He had an architect draw up plans that we could present to our HOA. He took care of the building permit with the city. A.U.O.R. had the signed contract on Sept. 15, 2018 and construction started on Nov. 12. We were originally told construction would be 4 to 6 weeks. We understood that we were looking at getting into winter and possible construction delays. The building went very well with the structure being completed within 5 weeks (Dec. 22). The main things to be completed were painting, screens and door installation, install electrical fixtures, guttering, and work on sprinkler system. Painting was completed on Mar. 11. The porch was usable on April 20, with a few issues to be addressed. May 19 I received a very insulting email saying that I was withholding money from him. I had no idea what he was talking about. I had been looking for the final invoice in my email (this is how A.U.O.R. bills) and had not seen it. After receiving this email I checked my spam email and found that the bill had been sorted there (May 20). I immediately wrote and mailed a check for amount in full. The email in the spam folder was sent May 1st and A.U.O.R. had the final payment on May 22. The misunderstanding could have been avoided by mailing rather than emailing the invoice. If Bryan was wondering about payment, a friendly request could have been made rather than going immediately to insults. By this time 10 months had passed since we first met Bryan. Giving benefit of the doubt is something that did not occur to him. Summing up, the porch was constructed professionally with a master carpenter that did an amazing job! The materials were first rate. Bryan's attention to detail was very good. In short we have an amazing porch. You might ask how I could rate A.U.O.R. so poorly with a final product that I love. It comes down to communication and respect. Although I knew winter would delay construction, I did expect updates on when work would be done. When I would call, text or email Bryan about "the next step" he would hear "bothering me is not going to make things go faster". He never understood that we just wanted to be kept in the loop however long the project took. The project took almost 5 1/2 months to complete. This is something that should have been spelled out to us at the outset. Keep in mind this last winter was cold but extremely dry. If construction would have started a month earlier, it probably would have been completed before the first of the year and all would have been good. Although we love the porch, the process was not good. If I knew then what I know now, I would have looked for a contractor that would have been better at communicating. One that we could have had a better working relationship. I am sure there are contractors in the Kansas City area that could build an equally good porch without making the process such a drain.

Installers could not lay wood flooring after finding unlevel floor. I called All Under One Roof, Inc. to see if they could help. Help came the very same day, (yes.. really). These guys do quality work, and our flooring project was completed. I also hired them to paint and install 5 bedroom doors. All of my projects are going through All Under One Roof, Inc.

Bryan was amazing to work with on my building deck. It was a huge project - 17 feet off ground level, and Bryan didn't shy away. As a younger woman I am often treated disrespectfully by contractors - but that was NOT the case with Bryan. He brought in the best architect to help design my dream deck and made sure to bring in one of his most experienced carpenters whose craftsmanship was some of the best I've seen. Bryan's team paid attention to details I wouldn't have even thought about that made the deck that much more amazing. It's my favorite space to host guests and I get compliments every time we have company on the craftsmanship.

AUOR put in my marble countertops, subway tile backsplash, installed an island fan vented through roof, moved a ceiling light, installed trim, removed wallpaper, painted walls and ceiling. He also installed grab bars and a railing that was extra so my husband could come home from rehab. We also had 2 senior toilets installed that were extra. We had some delays due to marble problems, but Bryan Delay said the work would be quality and he saw that it was. It turned out beautifully.

I had a pergola built and I am very happy with it. The workmanship and wood used is just beautiful. The people who built it were very professional and the work site was left clean, which I greatly appreciated. When work was completed, the owner came back a few days later to make sure everything was ok.. I love my pergola!

We were very pleased with the work of David, AUORI's ornamental iron guy, who designed, fabricated and installed our new front stoop railings at our house They are extremely attractive, adding value to our home. In addition to that, however, we were impressed with David's work ethic and dedication to his craft that he exhibited while installing the railings. In all, it was a very pleasant experience for us.

I was given this referral from the deck store to help with getting my deck redone while still under warranty. (A different contractor placed the deck previously.) It took a number of months to get the warranty approved and Bryan was able to help with this process. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am happy with results. Brian was hired as the general contractor to build the deck on the back of our house. It was a very complex and involved project, with 2 levels and a cantilevered steel section. Brian's focus was always to make sure we got a quality deck. He worked with us at each step to ensure we understood each decision, and we love the final product. He guarantees his work, and has come back on several occasions to personally handle minor details related to finished and maintaining the final product.

This company has completed two projects for us during 2015. The first was a complete front porch add-on. The second was a upper/lower bay window tear-out, repair and replace. I selected this company after obtaining several bids on a front porch addition. His initial bid was the only one which had explicit details on the proposed work. He left out no details. Upon reading his bid I knew exactly what and more importantly, how the work was to be completed. The finished project exceeded our expectations. He even made suggestions along the way as to little details we had never considered which really made the project a success. Neighbors have commented that the finished project looks as though it was built in the initial construction of the house, not just added on. Bryan even was able to track down and obtained siding to match the existing, somewhat faded siding so you couldn't even tell where it was blended in. I have used All Under One Roof for several projects in the past and have just had them do another. This project was to remove an old attic fan and patch the ceiling and to take out the texture on the ceiling making it a smooth finish. Also had a crack that needed to be repaired. They also installed can lights and a new dining room fixture. Bryan has an outstanding team. They were very considerate and finished very quickly. Matt, the electrician, was outstanding also. We selected All Under One Roof to build a new deck and replace our concrete driveway. It was a great experience to work with Brian and his team. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and were very professional. The old deck was down and hauled off in one day without a single nail left behind. I used All Under One Roof to build a 18x17 ft. Deck over our existing concrete slab. When I received the bid, I was given the option to stain the cedar lumber myself or have them do it. I opted to take the project on myself and that saved us a little bit on the price. I appreciated that option. The quality and workmanship of the deck turned out fantastic and the 2 man crew had it completed in 3 days. Overall, I had a very positive experience using this company and highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

AUOR was chosen from a few others to screen in and cover our deck. Others offered to cover a small portion of the deck due to our gutters and rooflines. AUOR asked that we have an architectural firm come out to review the situation. It was well worth it. They designed a way to enclose and cover the entire deck, rather than the 10' x 12' area the others had offered to cover. Weather created a few delays, but the project is gorgeous. Every guest that has seen it has agreed. The workmanship of the finished project is far better than what I had imagined from the drawings. I would rehire AUOR in a heartbeat for any other work that we need in the future.
