Let me start by saying that we quickly fell in love Ayesha and her design talents! I found Ayesha’s service online while doing a search for a company who could do a partial staging of our Lake Forest Park Home. While we have beautiful furniture and artwork, we knew that we needed someone to give our home an updated and fresh look. Over the years we have done a lot of traveling and we have collected a lot of eclectic art and decorative pieces. We were concerned that our art and furniture pieces might be a distraction to a prospective buyer and interfere with them creating a vison of living in our space. Ayesha came into our home and quickly and efficiently assessed what needed to be done and advised us of what we needed to do for our staging. All of her suggestions made a lot of sense! Interestingly, when the staging day came, she found objects in cabinets and on shelves that we left and creatively repurposed them throughout the home. Her style of using some of our pieces and integrating more vintage pieces to reflect a 1952 house was amazing. Ayesha hit it out of the park and our home looked like a rare jewel afterward. We are very happy to say, that our house sold within 24 hours. We think that it was, in part, because she made our home feel more beautiful, accessible, warm and inviting than it had ever looked. It became a listing that almost anyone would like to buy and live in. As an aside, within 24 hours we had well over 2,000 Views and 146 Favorites on Redfin. I had the opportunity to work with Ayesha on updating our loft and was very satisfied with the experience and finished product. Ayesha worked with our family to understand our needs for the room and ensured that they were incorporated into the overall design. Throughout the process she communicated effectively and ensured things are running smoothly (even with several bumps along the way). The best part was how it all came together. We asked Ayesha to stage our house and couldn't have been happier with what she did. She really brought out the true character of our house. Not only did each room shine on its own, but it also blended in with the flow of the whole house giving the feeling of a cozy livable house. In fact, when we saw the place after staging our kids asked us couldn't we just move back to that house instead of selling it! Ayesha is a true professional and adjusts as per the situation. For context, our timing wasn't great as in April/May 2020 COVID had just turned everything upside down and there was no playbook on how to proceed. Ayesha initially assessed on a video call on what items to incorporate from what we had and what else to bring. Staging day itself was really efficient and she had everything delivered and setup within a day. She used high-end furniture pieces complemented by excellent art and accessories. Ayesha completed the staging for Uptown at Kirkland Urban with an amazing attention to detail as well as an eclectic and chic interior design style. She perfectly captured the sleek, worldly, high-end look that we were hoping to achieve in staging the model unit.
