I worked with the renowned eastside builder RD homes to speciy all materials and finishes of this new construction in Kirkland Downtown. The project involved designing kitchen, 4 bathrooms, laudry room. All interior and exterior paint, caninet and lighting selections. We gave this home a modern look and feel. Used custom concrete sink in the powder room, and on the fireplace bench. Designer lighting, and custom finishes all around the house. The house stood out different from all other houses in the neighborhood and got sold within the first week of being on the market.
