His design sense is an amazing plus because he envisions and anticipates things that you might want/need before you even do. He is incredibly patient and makes a very stressful project absolutely stress-free!! We couldn't be happier with the work he has done for us and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

I was introduced to Lightning Construction throughout my friend that did job with them in the past. I know that most of the time construction can be a pain in the ass, but wow they delivered a completely different side of it. As my family grows we need to refigure out the whole space all over again. Our experience with lightning construction was amazing. From the plans & blueprints, permits through the whole process of construction, they been amazing. Answered all the questions that we had, advised us planing comfortable place for our coming child. If there was ever a team to handle anything when it comes to remodeling or doing home additions I'd give lightning construction design the go ahead. very reliable and able to give superb service and finished work.

Classy remodel of my home. Lightning construction and design comes recommended with full credits to their customer handling skills. Excellence from the design phase to moving into our new space! I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Lightning Construction and Design. Barak seemed to be on the same page with my husband and myself from the very early planning stages. We wanted to some additional space and a half-bath to our little-used bonus room to make myself an office. I wasn’t sure it could be done without a lot of headache, but we quickly realized we’d chosen to the right contractor for the job. Barak helped us envision exactly what the finished area would look like, and was personally available every step of the way to answer all of our questions. He was very attentive and patient, throughout the entire process. The work was done in a timely manner and the area was kept virtually spotless. If you were in another part of the house, you would not even know there was construction being done! We are completely delighted with the finished product.
