We finally moved back home and found an older home that I knew had great potential. The only problem was finding a contractor who would listen to my house plans and who had the expertise to carry it out...my first contractor did not have those skill sets..then I found Daniel Bates...He focused on my plans and followed through brilliantly. He was professional and patient...he also had a great team of subcontractors that listened as well...working with him was a pleasure. He took a fifty year old house and totally renovated it to a lovely solid home I was so pleased with his work that I asked h to do my parents renovations..again a great job...I'm so thankful to be so lucky in having Mr Bates remodel our home

I cannot say enough about our experience. Daniel Bates was so easy to work with and was always available. One thing that meant a lot to me personally and was very different than others I’ve worked with in the past, is that when my wife would ask for something he would find a way to make it happen. I have found in this line of work that when you make suggestions it is always met with another way that is typically easier and never exactly what you want. Daniel always made it work.
