We retained Bassman Blaine to decorate and furnish our new vacation home in Park City, Utah. From the moment we signed the contract, they had a full team assigned to our project. They were always responsive, timely, constructive and helpful. They quickly understood our design vision and were able to incorporate it into their furniture and decorative recommendations for our consideration. They were always prepared for our meetings and always offered us numerous options for our consideration. The installation was truly “white glove” and all we had to do was show up to enjoy our beautifully furnished and decorated new home. The BB team did a beautiful job from start to finish. In a large project like ours, there will always be a few post-move in issues to resolve and the BB team demonstrated first-rate customer service and professional integrity in resolving the issues.

Bassman and Blain stepped up to the plate. They took an old run down house in Big Bear, CA and turned it into an extremely thought out and comfortable modern rustic home. The staff and design team were top notch and very little effort was needed on my end to complete the remodel, they handled it all from start to finish. We chose Ken Bassman and he staff to furnish our apartment at Balboa Bay club. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. Wow. Working with Kelsea and Ken was a true pleasure. They were organized, patient, and helpful. They were great with communication; they made our dream vacation home a reality. They stayed in constant contact with the vendors to make sure that our house would be done in time and our home looks even better than we could have imagined. I have worked on multiple projects with Bassman Blaine and particularly the absolute rockstar team of Amy Mitchell (formerly Parfrey) and Amy Martin. Amy Mitchell is a true professional-she listens and flexes to our needs and consistently delivers. The results in the 3 huge projects we have worked together on have been spot on and breathtaking. Amy Martin is the queen of logistics. Both ladies are responsive and a pleasure. We are already deep into 3 more projects. It is a true comfort to know feel well taken care on both the value and design fronts.

I just rented a 3 bedroom apartment on the Bay in Newport Beach and Bassman Blaine provided the interior design, furniture, artwork and accessories. I also live in Los Gatos and having them handle everything was fabulous as was their work. Ken, Madelyn and team are extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and communicated with me throughout the process. Their choice and quality of furnishings was exactly what I wanted. I asked for nautical, I got nautical. The day I moved in, everything was done for me. Even the beds were made! I highly recommend them!

Working with Ken Bassman and his team of professionals was great. They were organized very professional even with all the changes we made as the project went on. They helped us in every way, giving us choices and helping us manage all the different trades people. They followed up even after the project was done. Our unit came out great exactly what we wanted. My wife and I have recently moved to the Villas Fashion Island to enjoy the next phase of our life together. We made a conscious decision to leave behind all of our tired, legacy furniture, having built our past one piece of furniture at a time. We wanted a new opportunity to start fresh with a cohesive look and feel to best match our new home. We landed on the Bassman Blaine team to bring to life our hope for an elegant, cohesive look yet practical use to take the best advantage of our space. We asked that they find pieces that had a purpose yet panache. They approached us with empathy, listening to our emotional, technical and visual wants. The team then responsively presented us with an authoritative presentation that we resonated with right away. I am impressed with the resources they have for the perfect pieces. My wife and I soon realized the added benefit of the BB team process was wrangling in our differing preferences. They took into consideration the physical challenge of her 4’10” height relative to my 6’3” size when finding seating that we could both relax in. The best part was my wife and I going on a short trip and returning to a completely furnished home from beds, flooring, tables, furniture pieces, lighting and seating as well as the final touch of artwork on the walls. Every day my wife and I express how beautiful our home is and how much we love living here. So with an attitude of gratitude, I highly recommend Bassman Blaine’s Design Team. I look forward to our next home or office and doing this again.

We can not praise the folks at Bassman Blaine enough for the incredible job they did on our home on Maui. From concept to completion Amy was a dream to work with. I was concerned about how the project would progress remotely but they made the selection process seamless, efficient and an absolute pleasure. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the fabrics are exquisite. Our island home is warm and welcoming, incredibly comfortable, and finished with an easy elegance that was exactly what we expected from Bassman Blaine.

Ken and his amazing team gifted my family with our dream home-in only 3 months! The entire process, from vision to move-in, was carried out with professionalism and precision, the likes of which I had not seen before in this industry, nor did I believe was possible! But I am a firm believer now, that team work really does make the dream work, and there is no one better to have on your team than Bassman Blaine! Each gifted team member focused their unique skills and helped me to define the look and intention of each space in my home, often seeing possibilities and potential that I would have missed. Together, we defined what my dream home would look like for my family, and then they made the dream a reality in the most expedient and well-coordinated way. The team communicated with me regularly to ensure that my vision was being achieved, and then before I knew it, the Big Reveal was here, and I walked into the most beautiful home I had ever seen...AND IT WAS MINE! We all celebrated with laughter, hugs, and many joyful tears on my part, as my kids ran through the home exclaiming with zeal around every corner! There is no other way to remodel a home, and I am forever spoiled by Bassman Blaine’s professionalism, creativity and most sincere client-focused philosophy! Thank you Ken and team, for even after living here for over a year, I still walk in my door each day and have my breath taken away!

When we decided to build our new home, my husband and I were hesitant to do it on our own. We contacted Ken at Bassman Blaine because we were impressed with his companies other projects we had seen on Houzz. Amy, our design professional, worked with us from the ground up, helping us choose everything from stucco colors, to tiles, flooring, door handles, all the way to furniture and art! She worked with us selecting the tiniest details to the big things like roof tiles. We have finally moved in to our house and we love it! It came out beautiful and just like we imagined.
