It is always an honor for us to work with talented clients like the Mourns who have a clear vision of what they love and the patience to seek the fulfillment of that vision. Their kitchen is absolutely stunning!! Our experience in working together with them has been wonderful.

Nancy Heins has exquisite taste so getting to do her bathroom was an honor for us!!

We were very grateful to have worked with Julie Wilson on her cabinetry and countertop for her office. She is a lovely client and we enjoyed working with her immensely.
Our process, one that we do for every client, was to measure and take pictures, come up with one to two designs of the space, and then invite the client to the showroom to view the designs and begin the process of selecting product. After finalizing the design, and selecting some of the product for the client to take home and review at different hours of the day, we schedule a time for the subs to visit the jobsite to ascertain bids from them on the installation of the proposed plan. This gives them an opportunity to see the existing conditions as well as what is proposed. This is what we did for her office and it worked very well.
We were thrilled when Julie asked us to, look at her Master Bath. We went to her home and measured and took pictures, as in our normal process.We were working on design ideas when she wrote us, upset, that we did not have an estimate for her. Our estimates are not guesswork; they are based on specific designs and specific product choices. We don’t and won’t throw out a “guesstimate” number as it would be based on fictitious choices, not on ones that Julie had made. Her design plans had not even been completed when she asked for an estimate.
We explained that it would take longer to work through the process than the one that she had just finished with us in her office. A Master Bath has much more design, product and labor specifics than a wall of cabinetry in an office. We are sorry that we could not meet her 2 week lead time. Our desire is to give our clients the very best and it is a thoughtful process and not something we can just “throw out”. We are disappointed that the same thoughtful process we had used for her office wasn’t remembered.
