We hired Brian Beane to totally renovate five bathrooms, including the master. While it was an extended renovation, partially due to his perfectionism, it was worth every minute! He is a man of extreme integrity and craftsmanship while at the same time being in-tuned to his customers needs both personally and financially. We would not consider using anyone else now. If you have to wait to become one of his special clients, do it. You will never regret it!

Brian did a major kitchen renovation-included painting, granite countertops, backsplash, installation of a gas stove and removing a wall. He and his crew did a superb job and were wonderful to work with too. He was very understanding of my add-one. I highly recommend BellaLan.

After much research and thought on our part, we hired Brian Beane with Bella Lan Renovations to remodel our master bath. We knew we wanted to also do the other 2 baths and the kitchen. We were very cautious and decided to start with the master bath with a “see how this goes attitude”. It’s hard to find the words to describe the craftsmanship, professionalism, expertise, integrity and competitive pricing of this contractor. We are extremely pleased beyond our expectations, and we had very high expectations going in! We therefore ended up having Brian do a whole house remodel. Brian was most helpful with ideas to improve the house. He designed a complete rearrangement of the master bath which now seems larger and is completely handicap-accessible. While we don’t need that now, and hopefully never will, it is something that would allow us to stay in our home as we age. The quality of his work is excellent, but to my astonishment this contractor had pretty darn good design skills and a knowledge of the current trends in kitchens and baths. I was impressed as I had been looking at these trends for months and have 14 magazine subscriptions to prove it! In addition, Brian tackled numerous projects around the house and did so with the same high standard he holds for all of his workers. We gave Bella Lan Renovations the highest recommendation we could. Hiring Bella Lan will be the best remodel decision you could make. It was for us! After finally deciding on Bella Lan Restorations to do our bathroom project we are so thankful that we did. BLR is a first class company who does what they say they are going to do. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, quality, and the use of the latest technology in building materials this is a company you need to look at. Our intent was to work with a fixed budget and Brian was very helpful in keeping us on track. We were also very pleased to work with Jan Guhman at Greensborough Tile & Stone on Gallimore Dairy Road in Greensboro and Kate Sheppard at Amanzi Granite on Park Lawn Court in Kernersville. These two ladies were absolutely wonderful to work with as well. No regrets here, we are so thankful we able to work with these individuals! While BLR was onsite we also had our shingles replaced on our roof, had our gutters replaced and had closet organizers installed. With the knowledge I have today, my only regret was that I did not know about BLR when we had our deck replaced. There is no doubt in my mind that they would have had the opportunity to do this work as well!

Could not have asked for better. Brian and his crew were the best. I had my downstairs bath renovated. Brian did an excellent job of recommending granite, cabinet and tile companies to assist me with selections. Then he coordinated everything with them and had everything lined up and ready to go when he started construction. Each day after work they cleaned up and never left a big mess, which I appreciated. Brian was very accommodating and innovative. He did a couple of special little projects for me, like building custom shelves and toilet paper holder for my new bath. And all the little touches like the beautiful crown molding and the night lights in the switches were great. Just wish I could post photos from here because it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Brian for all you did.

Bella Lan Renovations Inc. did an exceptional job on multiple home projects for me. I am so happy and pleased with all the results. Brian and TD remodeled, replaced or repaired about everything. They started with an update in my kitchen. They painted the entire interior of my home. They switched out all old doorknobs and hinges and repaired a few doors in the process. They switched out some dated lighting. During the process, Brian also had my aging roof replaced. The work ended with the renovation of my master bath which I love and have enjoyed. Brian was always professional, kept me informed, offered me great advice, sent me to the right supply people and was always ready to answer all my questions. I had Bell Lan replace my roof. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great! They kept a very clean job site and were very respectful of my property. They are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for any renovation projects needed and I will be using them again in the future for any other needs that arise.

We were so happy with the work that Bella Lan did for us with our kitchen remodel. They were prompt, courteous and always happy to go the extra mile to make us happy, even when there was project scope creep because we kept asking them to tweak this or change that or please do that one more thing that wasn't in the original project plan. They let us know if they would be coming by late for any reason and always cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day. They even scraped the old paint from the existing dining room windows (paint spill over onto the actual glass from our sloppy painting job years earlier) and scrubbed our fridge that we kept from the old kitchen so that it looked better than when they came! The results exceeded our expectations and the price was excellent. They were more expensive than the big box stores but we feel we got so much more for our money and had been very worried about the bad reviews that came along with the big box stores who hire the lowest bidders for the job. Among the local contractor bids we got for the job they definitely provided the best value for the scope of work, plus several of the other contractors were pushy about what they thought we needed to do to ensure we were happy with the final project (always meant spending lots more money) but Bella Lan was always interested in what made us happy. They provided us with recommendations based on their professional experience but the final decisions were always up to us. I really can't say enough good things about Brian and his team and highly recommend Bella Lan for your next remodel project!

This was our first house project - a kitchen renovation. Brian and his team did an amazing job and the end result looks brilliant! They were always on time and worked very efficiently. I am so happy with the job Bella Lan did for me. From start to finish it was so easy and stress free. Having children at home during the summer and running back and forth Brian made this process super easy by having it all under control. The promptness and professionalism is outstanding. We were in need of a roof and Brian took the time to go over all the options we had plus helped with giving us tips on color and style for the roof. I absolutely LOVE the job they did. I thought my previous roof looked good, but I was wrong.. Now with the 4d effect of shingles and the multi color in them just makes my house pop! I will continue to use and recommend to others.
