My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

There are two main aspects to having a house built: the house itself and the landscaping around the house. Benco builds an excellent house, but is only so-so with landscaping. Many home owners around Crown isle correctly give rave reviews of their homes, but after a year or two they have to solve problems like poor drainage (which inhibits lush lawns). And getting the owner to help with the fix is an uphill battle.

Everyone involved with the house build was very easy to work with. They made appropriate suggestions. All had good taste and seemed to intuitively know what I like. Made good suggestions for services they did not provide themselves.

Wonderful home builder, great to work with, very helpful with ideas, and some of the best tradespeople in the business. Even with a few delays, a very good experience I would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent craftsmen....willing to consult. Have lived in our custom built home for eight years and have not had so much as a drywall nail to repair. Highly recommended!
