“We completely gutted our new home in Comox and had it re-done from top to bottom. This renovation included a very large kitchen and family-room with a fireplace, all done in solid maple, quartz counter-tops and large 22x22 tiles throughout. We also re-did all bathrooms (3), added hardwood floors through most rooms in the house (including very large master-bedroom), had all new appliances installed, 2 new staircase, new walk-in closet and had the entire inside of the house painted, including ceilings, doors and window-casings.”

“Noah and Blue Spruce built a gem of a seaside cottage/cabin for us, in a very difficult to access location, down a steep hill and beside the ocean. The final product was better than we could have imagined. (We have trouble getting our guests to leave!) The craftsmanship shows in every detail. Noah identified and rectified numerous building challenges we encountered. He communicated constantly with us and kept us up-to-date at all stages of the build. He and his crew treated this property as if it was their own, and crew members have brought their families out to show off the completed structure. He has also been prompt to deal with a few issues that arose months after construction was completed. Noah was recommended to me by a very discerning former custom home builder and I am pleased to be able to recommend him as well.”

“We worked with Galen when we built our house and we were extremely happy with the whole process. The project finished on time and on budget, and we felt we had complete visibility throughout. When issues arose during the process, whether related to the building process or coming from us, they were efficiently communicated and the consequences of any decisions were clear to us before we committed. We dropped by the site unannounced frequently, and we always found a full crew working hard, usually supervised by Galen directly. He is clearly committed to getting things done right, and is engaged in making sure that it is. He was also very active in making sure we got the agreed upon quality without breaking our budget - in one case getting a subcontractor to redo some work which he felt was substandard and in another getting us excellent deals for material (in this case flooring) that was normally outside of our price range. We would not hesitate to recommend Galen to anyone, and have in fact done so on several occasions. Should we ever need to engage in another building project, Galen is the first person we'd turn to.”

“Our first introduction to the Crown Isle team was a few years ago. Upon making the decision that Crown Isle would be our home, we met Jason Andrew. His knowledge and engaging personality further elevated our excitement to live there. Soon after, wet met our future builder Jayson Welsh. His passion for building was immediately obvious, and he did not hesitate to bring us to view his show home, even though it was his day off. (After hiring him, it did not take long to realize that Jayson doesn’t really take a day off.) His attention to detail was apparent as soon as we walked in; his excitement to show us around and pride in his workmanship impressed us. From inception to completion, our house materialized smoothly into our beautiful home. Still living in Ottawa was not a challenge; Jayson kept us informed and made appropriate decisions along the way. We made a quick selection of all our choices before leaving it in Jayson’s hands. With the aid of Donna Coulson and Jayson, they helped us manoeuvre easily through this process. We greatly appreciated the frequent photo updates from Angie Williams as the build progressed. Although we weren’t there, we felt connected and assured that everything was moving along well. We were so excited just over a year ago as we drove up to our finished house for the first time. It was such an experience to pull into the driveway, and then have the door open and Jayson there to welcome us. We couldn’t have been happier with the finished product.
