Hired Best Price Railing to install railings on my aggregate concrete steps. Priced out materials at Home Depot and Rona (Railblazers and Regal). Best price beat the price on materials and also installation was so reasonable I hired them to do the install, Was very fast scheduling the install and did a first class job.

I worked with Jayson at Best Price for railings on our front entrance steps. I called around for quotes and the job was too small for other companies to even bid on - they basically implied it was a waste of their time. One other company's quote was at least double that of Best Price. Jayson was more than happy to provide a quote and we decided to use them. The project required the rails to be drilled into pavers, which the installers felt would put them at risk for cracking. We found someone (from the paving company) to drill the holes needed and Jayson's team came back out to install them. Throughout the process, Jayson was patient and even spoke with the guy who drilled the holes for us. The price was great and we were very happy with the service and the final product.

The install crew were friendly, fast and courteous. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for aluminum railings.

I ordered my railing on Monday, and by Thursday it was completely installed. It looks great and is exactly what we wanted ,and all for a great price. Best customer service I've had in a really long time.

We went to Best Price Railing about 2 sets of railings for our house. We spoke to Jayson, sent him specs by email and got price quotes in 1 day. We dropped by to pay the 50% deposit and within 10 days our railings were installed. The installation took about 1 hour - so fast. We got exactly what we wanted and the railings look great. The process was so easy and fast. We expected to have some problems, as past renovations have had, but, everything went perfectly. I got a railing package from Best Price Railing and I was very pleased with the experience. They showed me how to install the product and they had some examples to show me how it should look. It was easy to work with the product and I am very pleased on how professional the product looks. It was not difficult to install with the instructions they gave me. Replaced front steps and but required railings. Railings supplied and installed exhibited superb material, installation was competent and timely, workmanship was knowledgeable and competent. Installation presented no problems, any concerns we had were addressed with any questions clearly answered and explained to our satisfaction. The end result was solid railings that very definitely added to curb appeal and greatly improved safety. In short, they knew what they were doing both in terms of materials selected and supplied. Once again, highly recommended both in terms of materials, workmanship and cost.

Several years ago, when Best Price Railing opened in Manitoba, we were fortunate to find this company and purchase our railing system for our deck (in fact, we believe we were their first customer!). We have been very satisfied with the product! Recently we noticed that the taller deck rails were starting to loosen from the deck and sway in the wind (after 9 years of wind on our property that backs onto a retention pond). we reached out to Matthew Tombs of Best Price Railing, and he quickly took care of our situation. Matthew's team inspected the deck which led to replacing the bolts with longer and stronger bolts that held the posts better into the deck. Then to add to that, special brackets were installed outside the posts that bonded the post to the fascia of the deck. With these two additions, we're very happy with the new strength our deck posts have to withstand the stronger winds. Matthew and his team have always been very professional and prompt with updating us on the progress of the work as well as making sure our needs were met. Everyone was very easy to work with and we'd recommend anyone requiring a quality railing to consider working with Best Price Railing! We are certainly glad we did! Jordan T
