Singing Brewster and his team praises after working with them for a second time on various home projects including two bathroom renovations and painting throughout our home. Brewster and his crew are professionals and true craftsman, we couldn’t be happier with the results and we’re in love with everything they’ve done for our home. They are always on time or early, and Brewster and Brooke are excellent at communicating the timeline and budget/cost as we progressed with the projects. This time around our projects were challenging due to shipping delays and supply issues but Brewster is a true problem solver and was easy to work with, alleviating a lot of our stress. The whole team is such a pleasure to work with and I know we will use them again in the future.

We’ve now worked with Brewster and his team on several projects, but this last one was the biggest and most complicated yet! A complete remodel of the main bathroom, including extensive tile work and flipping the shower and tub areas, resulted in an amazing space done exactly the way I wanted it! They are great to work with, always cleaning up at the end of the day and, when it’s time for the demolition work, going the extra mile in putting up plastic to stop the spread of construction dust. We have one more major project ahead, and this is definitely the team we'll use. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

I was able to schedule and receive my services in a timely fashion. Brewster was very professional, prompt, and informative. He answered all the questions I had in reference to the job. HIs office manager was very responsive as well. I appreciate him having someone I can contact to be able to get the answers I need before he arrives to do the work. My only wish was that there were other forms of payment such as PayPal, or Venmo. Thank you B.L. Ward & Associates for the great job you completed for me at a reasonable price!

B.L. Ward & Assoc. provided excellent customer service and quality construction of my fence and deck. This was my third major home project and by far the best experience. At the beginning I was provided a reasonable quote and upon acceptance, received regular updates from the office manager. Any questions I had were responded to quickly by email, which greatly added to my level of comfort. I would highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.

Mr. Brewster Ward and his company, BL Ward & Associates, have been a staple in my home. Our home projects consisted of home insulation install, lighting fixtures and security floodlight install, drywall install/painting from water remediation, range hood install, heating furnace install, and roof repair. As for the work quality, it has been outstanding. Mr. Ward was on-site and in contact with me during every stage of the process. If there were any changes, Mr. Ward was effectively managing and engineering an ideal solution. As for the price, BL Ward & Associates always presented fair market competitive pricing. If there was any potential changes to the estimate, Mr. Ward would request approval with in-depth explanation before proceeding forward. Mr. Ward is professional, mindful, forward thinking, perceptive, and overall pleasant. He and his staff are outstanding and genuinely vested and concerned about each individual project.

We had our MB remodeled by this wonderful company. They were always on time, arrived when they said they would, and put down cloth protecting EVERYTHING. The crew is absolutely wonderful! They were professional AND friendly, always a smile! They worked nonstop every day when they arrived on site. One problem arose out of the entire project, but Mr. Ward was there within minutes, working to take care of it. We were extremely happy with his prompt response and how the situation was corrected! THAT meant a lot to us as homeowners. Start to finish, you can not ask for a better company to do business with. We will be calling them again soon to install a new floor in another bathroom! We have found a company we can trust!
