This is the second interior job we have had the great pleasure to work on with Marc Coan Designs. Professional and knowledgeable, they have meet and always exceeded our high standards. From concept, design and implementation we can give them only the highest of praises.

We are very happy with Marc's redesign of a pier in our living room, his design of an outside wet bar and a complete reorganization and redo of two bathrooms. Marc has great ideas, is very knowledgeable about the marketplace and listens well to what the customer's objectives are. In each case the project turned out even better than our expectation.

Working with Marc, and the entire crew, at Marc Coan Designs was an exciting, expansive experience. The results were better than I imagined, and the kitchen is not only spectacular, it is a delight to cook in! Being a central and open element in the house, the kitchen design needed to be sensitive to the original house construction and simultaneously bring a modern flavor to the house. It succeeded on all counts. They are consummate professionals, open-minded and fun to work with!

We worked with Kathy (sometimes with Marc)--she came up with a great design for our very unique space! Our cabinets came in on time and were just what we ordered. We went with Refiner's Construction (one of the suggested contractors from Kathy) for the plumbing/electrical/construction work that had to be done and were very pleased with the outcome. Ultimately we had two bills: one for the cabinets, and one for the construction (total project cost is what you see). On-time, budget-flexible and always ready to help, we would definitely hire Marc Coan Design again.

Kathy Jackson of Marc Coan Designs is the Consummate Professional: meticulous to specs and design, on track, polite, prompt, responsive, excellent communication, creative but practical and personable. Marc Coan Designs is generous with supplying with materials and samples, referrals and resources. In 2013 Marc Coan Designs assisted us in completely remodeling our kitchen. The design experience and creativity which Marc brought to the project allowed us to incorporate many desired features in a small kitchen without moving any walls. He and his staff were all very generous with their time when it came to assisting us in selecting and coordinating cabinets, tiles, countertops & appliances, or just bouncing around ideas. The installation crews for both the cabinets and granite countertops we purchased from Marc Coan Designs were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with their work, as well as with the beauty and quality of the cabinets and countertops. In all aspects of the project, Marc and his staff went "the extra mile" to assure our satisfaction.

Marc Coan Designs and his sub-contractors tore out the whole kitchen and replaced it with new cupboards, cabinets, countertops, lighting, wallpaper, backsplash tile. Marc, who is very experienced in design, offered suggestions for accent trim and other materials that coordinated well together. Marc is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know many of his subs have worked with him for years and they respect his judgment; he respects their expertise as well. He did not push us to use materials that we didn't like. Keeping to a budget wasn't involved in our project, but I'm sure he would have respected any budget we might have proposed if that had been necessary.
